I have to say this was probably one of my favourite interviews (and I've seen quite a few by this point). It was interesting to hear the pair of you discuss what helped propel you through tough times, to have someone describe what its like to view their future self, and to work hard for them. That's what I'm currently struggling with myself. Time to refocus.

I think this is the best interview I’ve watched yet. It really helped me with my constant fear of failing that I’ve had since I was a kid. Going into the end of the school year with lots of things piling up is horribly stressful and I feel to scared to touch them in case I’m bad at it. But when he said “if you’re good at one thing, you can be good at anything” is so amazing to hear. I’ve heard it before but for some reason him saying it made it so much clearer. The problem is. It takes like 20+ years to actually master something. If youre good at something it's best to do that thing instead of experimenting with other things. You'll only master like 2 or 3 things in your life and that's actually mastering it. Not just being proficient at it. The saying Jack of All Trades, Master at None is a very true thing amd as you get older the time to learn things takes a lot longer which is why it's best to find what you like in your teen years.
I went to a scarlxrd concert just a couple months ago and it was postponed for 3 years and seeing him and seeing how much he loved to perform and the energy he gives off is insane he has done so well

When Anthony talked about his panic attacks when he was sleeping and waking up and it feeling like he was watching someone else have the panic attack, it made me feel so seen. I spent most of my teens and early twenties going through that, and I've never heard anyone else talk about that before. I didn't know they were panic attacks at the time either, and the lack of control and awareness of how this was happening to me really messed me up. I'm much better now, and him saying that he seeks it out now is exactly how I got free from that cycle.

Scarlxrd was very ahead of his time, a lot rappers have adopted his type of aesthetic and sound today but he was the first one I came across with it

Going into the end of the school year with lots of things piling up is horribly stressful and I feel to scared to touch them in case I’m bad at it. But when he said “if you’re good at one thing, you can be good at anything” is so amazing to hear. I’ve heard it before but for some reason him saying it made it so much clearer. This was amazing and I will most likely be watching it many times later on.

Now the real step is, to actually make it happen instead of telling yourself it will. It's hard but well worth it.
The problem is. It takes like 20+ years to actually master something.
If youre good at something it's best to do that thing instead of experimenting with other things.
You'll only master like 2 or 3 things in your life and that's actually mastering it. Not just being proficient at it.
The saying Jack of All Trades, Master at None is a very true thing amd as you get older the time to learn things takes a lot longer which is why it's best to find what you like in your teen years.

I went to a scarlxrd concert just a couple months ago and it was postponed for 3 years and seeing him and seeing how much he loved to perform and the energy he gives off is insane he has done so well

Here I was looking for an old video and then I see this. Scarlxrd is literally my inspiration for almost everything I do. The reason I started music in my spare time. I love this man 🖤
When Anthony talked about his panic attacks when he was sleeping and waking up and it feeling like he was watching someone else have the panic attack, it made me feel so seen. I spent most of my teens and early twenties going through that, and I've never heard anyone else talk about that before. I didn't know they were panic attacks at the time either, and the lack of control and awareness of how this was happening to me really messed me up. I'm much better now, and him saying that he seeks it out now is exactly how I got free from that cycle.
This is now my new favourite video Anthony's done, not just because it's Scarlxrd, but because of all the deep and truthful messages that I took away from this. Absolutely amazing

It got me to change my mindset to think more positively and how to deal with certain shit I’m currently dealing with. When scar was talking about the mind and how everything works, when I actually took a step back to think about what I was think that when I realized he was right, and that kind of thinking worked for me. I’m ever so grateful for this video and you and scar are so inspiring to hear. This was such an awesome watch! Chronologically some stuff was definitely left out. I wish Scar would've mentioned Myth City or even his chill rap music before he started screaming. I know that's all backstory and I did love seeing the present thought processes. It's crazy how he is comfortable without the mask. A lot of the older interviews he is wearing the mask as it is a defining symbol of Scarlxrd.
Myth City were really good and showed Scars potential, I saw them live with Area 11 in 2015 and they slapped
