I enjoyed the video rob, you’ve changed your delivery from older videos I’ve seen. If you could do a celebheights behind the scenes what it takes to run a website video that would be great
What shocks me the most is that you only spend $50 a week on food for the 2 of you, which truly isn't that much. Food must be quite inexpensive in Scotland. Btw, this is Danimal (long-time poster since December 2004)!
Wow Rob that's cheaper than I thought! I'm especially surprised by how cheap the electricity is. You know I'm from a developing Country and I paid roughly 78 GBP/month!
Hello, I am retired due to a disability. I am from the United States and Puerto Rico, and I struggle to make it day to day. I am just beginning my knowledge quest on the cost of living in Scotland. I love cool and rainy weather.
Rob - it must just be the pure human interest side of me - but - I found this Vlog very interesting. However, it did leave me with a few questions which I think would add to your averaged out monthly Celeb Heights expenses. Namely, how many conventions would you normally travel to each year, and what would be the expenses around them? I am assuming that not all conventions would be in Glasgow and therefore would involve further "significant" expenses such as travel, accommodation, food, celeb picture fees, etc?
Sorry, Rob - I just rewatched the Vlog and see where your closing comment does give a comment with regards to added convention expenses for Celeb Heights!
@@RobPaul - Rob - do these celebs generally keeping the autograph and photo money or are they mostly donating it to a special cause they associate with (charity etc)?
Exactly! I'm moving to Scotland not only for that but for the national health insurance. It's even better than England's because you get free medications and home visits. I just need to find something rural (for privacy) that is 30 minutes outside of Edinburgh.
The home care seems excessive, I pay a little less than that. My neighbour has same 30 year old boiler as me and only pays £60 a year for service and checks. I know that if I stop the homecare the boiler would go bang and cost lots to fix!
Do you get paid anything from running CelebHeights? If you don't how do you make an income? You should make a patreon or some sort of donation page on the site.
Hey Big Rob have you heard that the new Iphone 12 Pro you can scan someone's height? I'm assuming it would scan people about an inch or two taller than their real height because I think it can factor in the height in footwear and hair height. I wonder if you can still scan someone's legit height if they are barefoot and their hair is very flat.
@minecraft creeper for my height, the mimum BMI is 124lbs so I'm not too off. After a meal I am around there. Very very few people comment on my skinnyness and and I can easily hide it with hoodies. Also, I have jawline definition too. My face doesn't look too skinny at all.
@minecraft creeper my body fat is around 7%. I really don't wanna put on more fat because I'll loose definition in my face. I'll wait till gyms open and then work out and put on weight through muscle.
Your website really is the best website ever.
It would be quite interesting if you put a 5’10, a 6’ and a 6’2 all three together to see the difference between them

I am in Russia and I pay $10 per month for electricity and $8 per month for home internet
Yes..but you have to live in Russia to get those good rates..lol.
Jheeee big Rob earning the big bucks, mad respect man

it's not that cheap, I pay like 25 pounds a month with 4 people living in the flat
Expenses are a lot cheaper in the UK than the US. I live very frugally, alone, and you still pay less than I do in most categories.
What Mobile plan do you use?! I would really like to know
Very good video and an interesting change
How much does a house cost in glassgow uncle rob?

East coast of Scotland tends to be a bit drier than West coast...
@@RobPaul i thank you kindly. Really hoping to find a tranquil solution. Seems the whole world is looking for a solution.

I’m moving to Scotland, in the USA, multiply your costs by at least 8 times a month, plus $1400.00 a month for house payment.

Wow the TV license is expensive 😬

Hi Rob what is your shoe size?
Wow! Scotland is cheap! I spend the equivalent of 500£ per month on food. By myself!

@@RobPaul how much monthly and daily visitors do you get?
@@RobPaul that’s insane lol. You should work with other brands to show ads on the site (small number of course)
@@RobPaul you should contact a few TH-cam advertising companies. They usually advertise on anything even controversial subjects
Really funny :)
I have a question. If there's a 2 cm difference between 2 people would the shorter person look up when they're face to face?
2cm is pretty small, unless they’re right up close to eachother or giving eachother a smooch.. other than that they would be pretty level

Don't either of you guys have health insurance either? Might be worth it.
Water is in the council tax
And Scotland has national health insurance-included in the national insurance fee

Rob how much do you weigh? Is 119lbs for a guy(I'm around your height) skinny? I'm afraid that I'll loose my hollow cheeks/jawline if I put in weight.
