@@SwoleMDSkincarewould this product help with firming? I am 59 years old and my cheeks are beginning to sag. If not, can you recommend something that would actually work? I've used so many products with no results. Thanks.
Thank you so much for such informative videos. I saw this video the other day and I couldn't wait to sign up. Using another brand for years just not happy with it's formula and looking forward to this which has already shipped. !
I love it ! :) I have ordered and got it 6 days ago! I love the way my skin feels .I think I see some skin tone improvements and my skin feels more hydrated. I highly recommend to try it if you still have concerns :) . I will continue buying this product and going to try the other ones as well. Thank you Dr. Shah! :)
So everywhere I look it says not to use retinol and some actives like glycolic acid together because they can trigger dryness and irritation and disrupt the skin barrier. So from a formula perspective how is that not going to happen by having all of these things together?
It is so important to use good moisturizing ingredient products after actives. Actives like this and including vitamin C in time has such benefits. Been using them for over 30 years.
@@thearb2003 I know that, what I'm talking about is specific known ingredient interactions that have a tendency to trigger a damaged skin barrier. I'm wondering if anyone has an answer to how their product is fine mixing those when it is usually advised not to. Putting all the moisturizer in the world on after won't stop ingredient interactions.
@@thecatlady4405if you have an inflamed skin barrier you shouldn’t be using actives until it’s healed. otherwise, depending on your skin tolerance, any actives can be used together. The exception is copper peptides and vitamin C in the form of ascorbic acid.
This is a great point and relevant. I think most information out there that you are referring to is walking out and picking up a full strength glycolic acid toner and a retinoid like adapalene or even a strong retinal you mix those things are youre going to be in trouble. When you specifically formulate a product and put thought behind the concentrations you make sure you get the efficacy without the irritation. Now clearly if you have irritated and eczema prone skin and you slather on pretty much any anti aging product its likely going to make things worse.
@SwoleMDSkincare Great ingredients! I know it will be phenomenal! Dr. Shawn is about excellence and not a lot of steps, which i love. I'm a licensed Esthetician and have tried way too many products. Trying to stick with the tried and true!
Would you recommend this or Remedy for Dark Spots as someone's daily goto? What can I expect would be the main differences that I would see between the two products?
Both products are incredible and well formulated if you have a bunch of issues with hyperpigmentation or dark spots go with remedy for dark spots. If you have other signs of aging and not a ton of issues with hyperpigmentation then go with remedy for aging!
I bought the bundle..aging..pores...hyperpigmentation..thought they came together to use together. NO instructions..tried the aging with the pores my skin is flaking off my face
Laura good morning! They are pretty easy to use but yes grabbing them all maybe can be overwhelming. They are all pretty tolerable but doing them all together and starting them all at once can likely cause some irritation. I would at most rotate them at bedtime only using one of the serums that way you get the benefit of the great ingredients throughout the week. I would also lean into good moisturizer use to get your nose calmed down and then use only a small amount of the product and start slow! Hope that helps and thanks for reaching out
It was just released yesterday, good skincare is going to take time to work! Remember dark spots, wrinkles and other signs of aging take years to develop so it’s only fair it’ll take a little time to improve them. Great over the counter skincare is amazing because it’s affordable and no downtime. If you are looking for rapid results and can handle some downtime consider procedural options.
Thank you for sharing but I must say that this is not really a product review but more of a product ingredients description. Sponsored or not, I feel like you are selling us an ingredient list. All those ingredients are great and I am surprised that could even be packed together! Though I haven’t heard anything about the actual formula and how the product works in fact. I am curious about their concentration, stability (with all those ingredients some could be cancelling each other out or inter-react) and overall effectiveness.
Thanks for your comment! Yes this was first hands on review, the product just dropped yesterday. So I can’t claim I’ve been using it for a long time or anything. What I know is Dr. Shah would never turn out a bad product, and he wouldn’t turn out something with unstable ingredients. I list all the concentrations in the video and they seem to be thoughtful and effective strengths. Knowing how he develops his products he’s boots on the ground and knows the products intimately. I hear your concern and worry but all I can say is don’t sweat it when he puts something out it’s above and beyond and like I said he’s done it again.
I have tried to go to the website and found many problems with it. Large areas were blank. While I finally found descriptions of the 4 products, there was no pricing or way to order. Obviously others are having success indicated in the comments section. Help! What am I doing wrong?
It also has lactic acid it's the 7th ingredient on the list. Everyone keeps skipping over this when the talk about this product
That is a key ingredient too it’s one of my favorite ingredients helps the skin feel so smooth!
I have the one for dark spots, pores, and aging. Can I use all three of them at the same time? I do have all 3 issues. 😬
I feel you haha, it's common to face all three concerns. You can rotate these products and they do have some overlapping benefits in general too.

You’re welcome! Tried to get a video on this quickly wanted to review at least what you get out of this product which is a lot!
Can I use this product at the same time with my retinaldehyde 0.10%?
I would rotate them each nice!

@SwoleMDSkincare thank you!!
Do u think Remedy for dark spots will help with stretch marks on black skin
Stretch marks are tough, once they are more silvery not a lot can be done. Procedural things like microneedling can help.
@@SwoleMDSkincare thank you so much for answering
So far it also hasn’t done anything to get rid of my sun spots/freckles. Nothing seems to work
Was the product just released? How long have you been using it? Thank you.

Good question
@@adgreene well I mean the one for dark spots. This is I guess the new anti aging one.
@@SwoleMDSkincare I’ve tried laser, skin peels, micro needling and tretinoin

Interesting 🤔
Pretty powerful formula packed into a single treatment!
What is the pH of the products cause glycolic acid needs to be in an acid base to work and I heard retinol best at oh of 5ti 7
I have no idea what the pH of the product is tbh, but I know Dr. Shah does. I can bet is right were it needs to be.
@@SwoleMDSkincare glycolic acid works best at a oh of 4or less while retinol and retinal work at a oh of 5to 7

Did you go to the remedyskin.com ?
Should be easy to purchase at the link in the description
This is the real question!
bro the filter on this video is insane and very deceptive.
Ain’t trying to deceive I’m trying to describe this products ingredients brother!
@@SwoleMDSkincare Why the filter than? You should take it off so we can see what your skin actually looks like.
