Looking to purchase one. Obviously, from your review, you can leave the back hatch open to utilize the space in the tent. Why would someone tell me that leaving the hatch open would drain my battery? Can you comment?

Title says van tents but you keep showing SUV tents.
Sigh. Will be camping solo. I need something that I can set up by myself which none of these will work.
If you have a van you can get a car air mattress and camp in the car! It's easier than setting up a tent and stays warmer :)
