@@MonsterMichaelTodd oh I am informed and educated. I’ve helped people fix theirs. The fact is that you have at east 5-10 meals of unnatural “food” backed up in your colon which causes intestinal blowouts(diverticulates). Our species are walking cesspools. You can prove that all to yourself.

Diverticulitis is manageable, I too have this. You also might want to check up on your H Pylori levels. This bacteria eats stomach acid, so it makes it hard for the stomach to digestion food.
Doing very heavy lifts in that squat position and straining also puts a lot of stress and pressure on our colon and intestines. That's why sometimes you gotta go mid-workout. Get well soon! Water and low-fiber! oh and olive oil.

That first lift was done incorrect. Your elbow is supposed to be in the side of your knee or thigh right behind the knee. Your elbow looked to be on top of your thigh/leg. Not saying it's still not super impressive, which it is. But if you are going to do it then you should try to do it like everyone else is doing it. Dont want these clowns throwing hate at you for improper form. Keep up the good work, though. I'm rooting for you to beat all the Europeans. Team America FTW!

I just got done replying to a comment on the core sports channel for the press conference. Someone saying that you’re not in the top 10. I replied back with “how can you say that, ever since his surgery You have no clue where he is” Then I said genadi is in the top 10, so if he beats him, he can’t say that anymore. Not if but when💪

It was all poop lol. Unrestricted calories doesnt came without a price tag. Your body cant digest the amount of food you eat fast enough it would seem. Thats a monster appetiate!
Whats interesting with Todds setup of that lift too, is hes running a chain to keep him from going to far(I think), and a resistance band both hooked on to the karate strap. I think the resistance band(edit: its actually a bungy chord I think which is even more wild) in addition to the weight is whats giving him that explosive hit that alot of people are having trouble stopping.

What is the sure sign that you have diverticulitis?! I've been having some crazy bloat and cramping on right side of my belly and bad inflammation. Is this similar to what you were experiencing? Are you good now?

With the stomach condition, does that change what types of food you can't eat?
Yep, unless your a masochist and want to suffer. I myself am lactose intolerant with ibs but can't stop consuming dairy products and end up spending more then is advised on the toilet sometimes.

Your shoulder needs some work. Do heavy butterflies, which mimics the movement of bringing your opponent in by rotating your shoulder, arm and hand in as one, sliding your elbow from inside to outside the pad. No one’s training that, bruh.

For diverticulitis and inflammation think turmeric, ginger, aloe Vera, colostrum. After the inflammation is down and the fatigue goes away you could try diatomaceous earth to heal your gut. Silica in diatomaceous earth is also great for connective tissue and joints!!

Mike please go carnivore. cut out ALL of the bread, pasta, rice. eat nothing but grass fed beef for 30 days. I'm 9 months into it. Beef butter bacon eggs is ALL you need. by the way, diverticulitis will stay in remission
No way I would be able to gain the strength I need for Levan without carbs, but definitely something I would consider after!
Carnivore is an elimination diet that is suboptimal for athletic performance and longevity.
@@MonsterMichaelToddyeah Carnivore is amazing as a temporary elimination diet to cure IBS for instance but carbs are needed for instant energy and strength.
@@MonsterMichaelToddThe people on the carnivore diet are just like vegans, with the exact same mentality. It works for them so they become preachers of the diet telling everyone they should convert. The problem is food doesn't affect everyone the same, what works for one person is not guaranteed to work for the next. My body thrives on carbs, a high-carb diet makes me feel excellent. Like you said Mike, it's also important for weight training and energy. Eating nothing but meat is not healthy, no matter how badly you want to convince yourself that it is. Just like eating all plants isn't healthy.
Michael, you mentioned being up around the 300lb mark stripped. How do you find your health being that heavy and shredded?
Example: BP and blood panel work etc. I know myself it's a difficult thing to keep balanced when trying to get as strong/fit as possible whilst not literally killing yourself.
