It’s great take of yourself and do masks but def it can get obsessive. Only so much one can do we all age. I use DHC deep cleansing oil because my face is dry and a vitamin c toner after, which totally got rid of my texture/congestion. Then of course I use retinol etc you know you do it too.😊 I’m just not into the lights and all the gadgets I was going to buy one but a couple friends of mine had skin damage and other issues so I backed off. My insurance does not cover dermatologist visits unless it’s really necessary so my word is be careful and I hope it works for you. 💛

my sister uses the dhc oil and loves it.
retinol is another highly studied effective product.

I'm using retinol but I found a lovely dupe for the Estee Lauder Advanced Repair by Garnier, it's called Midnight Serum. I saw someone on SM who went through the ingredients, and it was very similar to EL. It doesn't congest skin either. Thanks, Tash for anothet vlog, love to listen when WF Home.

@@Alicesdream17 is it the loreal one? I bought that one last year may 2023 when I was trying some loreal products. I had no idea it's similar to the Estee Lauder one. I did like the consistency. I'll have to give it another try, I wasn't paying too much attention at the time since I was trying out a few new products at once. thanks for that! and thanks for hanging out 💞

Your skin does look amazing and hydrated! I just think some of these masks are scam-y. Collagen cannot do anything topically. However, your skin is GLOWING! LOVE how hydrated it is

I agree. Collagen in skincare isn’t going to do much like the collagen in your body. But I did love how my skin looked after.

I have been watching your channel since the fine, thin hair style (clips, scrunchies) video. I would love to see you try red light hair cap and see what it does to your hair. Maybe higherdose can send you one of those to try? And a coupon code for us, of course! :)

I appreciate you sticking around for so long 🤗
I have heard the caps are great as well and are well studied to be effective. if I ever do, I’d def share.
but I know dr dray has a few videos and she always researches her stuff.

@@TashVitorsky I've read the studies and watched many videos from internet docs but I'd like you to see what it does on genetically fine thin hair like ours. Thanks so much for your videos! 😊

Thanks for sharing that with us but for me personally I would never use those kind of things on my face to me it's ok you can but I don't like light masks at it's not my cup of tea to use on my face your face it looks very pretty but be very careful what you use ok Tash not everything is so safe just saying we all love to try out new things nothing is wrong with that it's great it's working for your skin (face) but maybe not for everyone skin is the same . Have a great day 😊💞

Thanks for your concern! I totally understand the importance of being cautious with new products.
Red light therapy is actually well-studied and has been used by NASA.
They explored it for its potential to promote wound healing and tissue repair in astronauts during space missions.
Bc of this, there has been an interest and application of red light therapy for various medical and cosmetic purposes hence how we got to using red light therapy masks :)
I've done my research and found it really beneficial for my skin. But of course, everyone should do what feels right for them! 😊
