Each bike has it's own folder with every service note and hard copy's of invoices. So we can be 100% Honest and show people what has been done in it's life on the Road. Maybe over kill but we like to be Honest with people. Take care. Safe riding.

As much as I want to hate on Facebook for privacy etc their marketplace is easily ten times what Craigslist offers in my area. I have test ridden a bike by a guy listed on Letgo who doesn't like to use FB. Bought 3 bikes and sold 1 on that marketplace. One thing to add: be competitive about value of bike or it will just sit
Thanks for the tip! I definitely agree about competitive pricing. I'll also say, that if you've got the time and your price is fair, stick with it. It took me about three months of trying to sell my bike at the price I wanted, and once the warmer weather started, it sold.
I used Marketplace to sell my 17 CVO Streetglide I like you get a ton of exposure also use Craigslist. I also have a side hustle Detailing Bikes so you were spot on a Bike needs to be Clean 😁
I knew someone was bound to have used Marketplace. Also, I've considered starting something like you do with bikes, for cars. Do you just use word-of-mouth, or do you advertise?
@@thatoneguymoto I advertised when I frist started detailing I use Face book to Help make appointments I also know tons of people an people know my skills as a rider so I do pick an delivery local. I charge 150 for a Bike I only do full detail an 200 for a trike I can do 2 bikes a day on Thursday an Friday So on average I make 600 cash only for two days, working today. lunch break, I run my dumptruck hauling service so I not always detailing. Cash from detailing is how I fund most of my travels.
Yup. lots of flakey people, for sure. It's definitely an arduous process, but if you're not in a hurry, you can typically get close to your asking price. 🤞🏽
What specific details are you looking for regarding selling your bike? Like filling out the title transfer and release of liability? Check out your state's DMV on title transfers for info on that. If that's what you're looking for, I'm guessing most TH-cam creators are hesitant to make that video because they don't want to be liable for someone filling out their form wrong, or giving incorrect info, since every state/country is going to be a little different.

Why is it important to have the bike notarized? Is it even necessary to have it notarized to sell or does one just need to sign and receive payment?? Things like that. What does the buyer have to do on his end? Etc.
@@omarramo5340 a notary is someone who is licensed to be an official witness to the sale and sign off on it as well. your state may or may not require one.
Lane filtering in CA is legal and a great way to save time when you have somewhere to be, as I did at the time. As for complaining, it seems to be contagious and you caught the bug. 😉 😆Thanks for watching 🤓
