    Sir yung yari sa akin din nabalik ko lahat yung vacuum hose niya at adjust ko tama yung fast idle screw niya at tapos gamitan ko na fuel gauge para sa air mixture tapos sa idle screw sir. Ang yari kc noong na kuha ko yung tama taas na air mixture niya at yung idle screw ko hindi na nakalapat at yung rpm ko tama talaga sa 900rpm at yung pinalapat ko yung idle screw niya kunti tama talaga sa 900rpm at yung nilagyan ko na feeler gauge na sukat na .4mm tama diin lapat niya. Tanong ko yan sir maaksaya ba yan sa gasolina sana masagot mo yung tanong ko sir

    Boss yung asawa ko , Binaba ang Carb at nag Diy CLEANING asawa ko ng carb multicad F6 , ginaya din nya itong video mo sa setting sa carb , pero nung binalik na nya carb ok nman nag start nman makina , kaya lng pag idle na unti unti na baba ang menor tapos mamatay na makina,, ano kaya ang prob,, baka di naibalik ng maayos ng asawa ko ang pag buo ng Carb,, salamat po sa pagsagot.

      Boss pwede po rekta, alisin nyu lang yung check valve, yung check valve ay one way valve lang po yan, minsan na babarahan yan, maganda rin na meron nyan for protection sa diaphragm actuator, try nyu nalang tanggalin tapos double check nyu like hipan nyu bawat side.

      walang fast idle screw ang suzuki..hindi fast idle screw yong sinasabi nya para yon aircon adjusting screw ..kung nakikita nyo may diaphgram. pag i-on ang hihilain ang throttle valve shaft para tumaas ang rpm ng makina pag nag ercon..pag sobrang taas ang rpm pag naka ercon ..yon iadjust mo yong screw na sabi fast idle scew

    Mishandling a raw boss.. yon pong carry multicab ko pag seniset ko po sa 800RPM. @ highest vacuum masyadong maalog yong makina.. pero pag 700RPM@ highest vacuum medyo pino yong andar.. Ano po kaya dahilan nito?.. Salamat po

      Boss sa tingin ko lang, mas maganda yung 700 rpm at highest vacuum and yung observation nyu sa engine importante din na maramdaman din natin yung ating makina. minsan po kasi baka po may problema sa test equipment na gamit natin. or baka naman po sa model ng engine yan talaga ang fit sa kanya na settings, at 700 rpm na idle at hindi maalog at ok ang vacuum, maganda pa po ang vacuum ng makina.normally po kasi pag tumataas ang rpm, bumababa ang vacuum.

    Boss ask lng po anong prblema ng sasakyan pag taas baba ang menor yung carb o makina ang prblema?

      Both po ay may possible problem, possible cause po ng taas baba ng menor ay hindi po stable ang supply ng air/fuel ratio sa combustion chamber, meaning rich (mas madami gasolina compare sa air) or lean ( mas madami hangin comapre sa gasolina) ang mixture na pumapasok sa combustion chamber, possible cuase naman nito ay hindi tamang tuning sa carburetor. Possible cause ng lean mixture ay incorrect PCV or faulty PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) valve, pag ganito sa makina at hindi carb ang problem. Possible cause in ng lean ay EGR vavle, hindi sya nag fufully close dahil sa carbon deposit na nanggagaling sa exhaust manifold, kaya may extra hot air na pumapasok sa intake manifold. ito ay iilan lang sa mga possible causes ng taas baba ng menor.

      Boss try nyu po check kung stuck po sa close position yung choke plate, dapat po pag mainit na ang makina ay fully open na po yung choke plate. pag stuck sya at slightly close position, it will create rich mixture kahit mainit na ang makina, possible din po yung vacuum dun sa fast idle ng actuator, dapat po enough or tama yung vacuum dun sa fast idle actuator para ma normalize nya yung idle rpm or maibaba nya yung idle rpm.or possible din po yung air/fuel mixture setting sa carburetor ay rich, meaning engine is using too much fuel and kaunti lang yung air, isang symptoms po ay madaling e start ang engine pero it runs worse pag nag warm up na yung engine.

      Check the following: 1. Kung hindi cdi distributor..replace condenser 2. Ignition coil / resistor 3. Cylinder head gasket wornout.

      Boss tanong ko lang ha para may clear idea ako sa pwede kung ma suggest sayo.
      1. Ano po kaya ang idle rpm nyu at normal engine temperature (mainit na engine). For example nasa 800 rpm ba? At kung ito ang normal idle rpm mo (800) gaano naman po yung ibababa nya like for example from 800 to 750?
      2. Gaano naman po ka frequent yung pag taas at pag baba? For example, erratic ba yung galaw ng tachometer reading nyu o mayroon lang time na bigla lang yung pag baba tapos tatas nanaman din at mag steady saglit sa idle rpm for example 800 din manga ilang minuto babagsak nanaman sa 750..halimba lang po ito na scenario..
      3. Katulad po ba yung pagtaas at pag baba ng rpm dito sa video sa baba

    Boss may f6a engine din multicab ko hirap adjust menor kahit mataas na namamatay parin after ilang minutes okay naman takbo mahatak kaso problema ko tlga menor hirap timplahin. Ano kaya maganda gawin paturo naman?

      Boss para po ok yung menor natin, check nyu po or maganda kung malinisan yung carburetor lalo na kung matagal na ito hndi na lilinisan, tapos check nyu rin po kung hindi ba clogged yung fuel filter, try nyu rin po check kung wala kayong vacuum leak, pag minor lang yung vacuum leak, magiging erratic lang po yung idle nyu pero minsan pag major leak na, pwedeng mamatay yung engine. another possible reason is fuel pump, kung na check nyu po na ok naman yung fuel filter, maganda kung ma pressure test nyu yung fuel pump. baka po kasi may certain time lang na hindi sya nag pupump at nauubusan yung carburetor chamber ng fuel. try nyu rin po check yung wiring sa idle solenoid valve baka may loose connection.

      Pariho din sakin pina taas ko minor ng carb ko para dilang mamatay makina...chenik ko rin mga hos ng carb ko pati filter...at puel pump...pero ok naman wala naman lake...ng pina chek ko sa mikaniko sabi niya dahil daw yong isa sa pistone ring medjo maluwag na kasi may kaunting lumalabas na oil...may connection ba ang piston ring sa menor ng carb😑😑😑

    sana kung magturo kayo ay tama..mahiya na man kayo kung makakita sa turo nyo na mali..yong sabi mo fast idle screw ..para sa aircon rpm adjustment yon! dalawa lng gamitin na adjustment screw kung mag mix ng air-fuel mixture..yon ang idle screw at throttle screw...mag basa muna kayo ng mga service manual na kahit yong pangalan ng piyesa alam nyo..pangalan pa lng ng piyesa mali na ..lalo na yong dinidemo..maraming maligaw sa mga ginagawa nyo..matanong lng...ano pala function ng accelerating pump? magpalabas ng maraming fuel? mag search k muna bago sumagot ..may mga manual naman ang suzuki

    Master..may problema ako sa suzuki carry cab ko. F6a 12 valve 660. Carb type 9th generation. Ang problema kc master humina na ung paakyat nya kumpara sa ibang multicab na pareho makina. Na top overhaul n kc cya noon november 2019. Kapag ginamit ko cya..halimbawa kahit nkatakbo n ng 10 kms. Kapag switch off ko engine, tapos on ko uli. Nag sstart nman cya pero ayaw nya mag crank ng normal speed. Parang ayaw tuloy kahit sagad apak nko sa accelerator. Tapos mejo matagal at unti unti tumataas rpm nya at makapal na itim na usok sa tail pipe habang tumataas ung rpm. Pag nag normal na wala na ung usok na itim. Lagi ko nililinis spark plug nya lagi maitim. Ok nma. At malinis carb nya kc lagi ko sinusunod ung mga video mo sa pag overhaul ng carb at lahat ng adjustment. Di kaya piston ring na o may singaw na mga valves. Minsa sa paakyat kahit nka 1st gear ako..kapag nabitin o bahagya nabitawan ko silinyador. Pag bomba ko ili ng gas. Nag sstall na engine. Kahit lubog na ung press mo sa silinyador. Nagbubuga ng maitim na usok at mabagal ung ikot ng makina mabagal ung crank. Tapos unti unti na mag gain ng rpm habang naka press ung gas pedal nya. Sana master matulungan moko sa aking problema kung kailangan na ba talaga general overhaul o palit carb lng kailangan

      Boss try muna natin e solve or analyze yung sinasabi mong maitim na usok kasi obvious effect ito na there's something wrong sa engine. sometimes, sa usok palang ng tail pipe, may idea na tayo kung ano yung nangyayari sa loob ng engine specially during combustion process.
      Boss pag black smoke, bad indication ito na hindi maganda ang nagiging combustion doon sa cylinder or sunog ng makina sa air/fuel sa loob ng cylinder. meaning hindi lahat ng air/fuel ay nasunog during combustion.
      Mga possible cause kung bakit hindi maganda ang sunog ng air/fuel sa cylinder:
      1.       adjustment nyu, try nyu po e fully open yung idle mixture screw at e close yung throttle plate by adjusting yung idle base screw counterclockwise, wag nyu po e palapat sa linkage arm ng throttle plate muna para close talaga yung throttle plate, aandar at aandar po dapat ang engine kahit si idle mixture lang yung nakabukas, Make sure po na close yung choke plate (verify by removing the rubber boot and check
      the position ng choke plate).

      Check nyu po yung bawat cylinder sparkplug, kung ano po yung mas maitim or madaming carbon deposit, yung po yung possible na nag mimisfire, ma verify nyu po ito by RPM drop test using tachometer, isa isang aalisin yung bawat sparkplug ang observe sa drop ng RPM, yung hindi nag drop or walang effect pag tanggal ng sparkplug, yung ang nag mimisfire. nabanggit nyu po na may carbon deposit yung sparkplug, may
      possibility po na may carbon deposit din yung valve. since nag top overhaul naman po kayo, so hindi pa ganun kadami yung deposit, so baka pwede pa magawan ng paraan sa carburetor tuning.
      3. Loose compression, pag loose compression ang isang cylinder,hindi na po minsan maganda ang sunog nito sa air/fuel, kailangan na palitan yung piston ring.Yung high pressure po kasi during compression stroke ay nakakatulong para maganda yung sunog or combustion dun sa cylinder.
      Possible Solution:
      Mag compression test po kayo para ma verify kung ok pa yung compression nya, since nag top overhaul po kayo before, baka may loose na spring sa valve or may nag stuck up na spring dun sa valve.

      @@UDoITchannel ginawa ko na din master ung isa isa tinatangal ung ht cable ng spark plug at sabay observation sa RPM kung nagbabago. Ok nman cya napalitan ko na din cya ng lahat ng hi-tension wire kc ung dalawang hi tension wire nag hi-resistance compare sa normal resistance ng cable. Mga dalawang buwan na nakakaraan ng napalitan ko. Ganun pa din problema di rin nagbago. Ung spark plug nya nililinis ko lng every week. Kc laging maiitim pero mejo kulay brown nman ung tip nya. Ung paligid lng ng tip maiitim. Lahat nman ng tatlong SP maiitim ung palibot ng tip.

      @@UDoITchannel tsaka pla master ung vacuum actuated na diapraghm ng choke plate sa ilalim ng carb ay inadjust ko ng 1mm nakabukas yun ng 1 mm sasara lng yun kpag umandar engine kc higigupin ng vacuum ung diapraghm at sasara ung choke plate. Dun yun nakakonekta sa carb port. Di kaya yun isang dahilan kaya nag sstall ung engine kapag nag full stop tapos aarangkada sa paahon. At magsisimula na cya bumagal ung ikot ng makina sabay magbubuga ng maitim na usok habang nkaapak ka sa gas ng madiin. Kapag ganoon sitwasyon stall n ung engine pero imiikot pa din ung crankshaft mabagal at bumubuga ng maiitim na usok lng pero pabilis ng pabilis hanggang mag gain nya ung normal rpm. Pag notmal na speed. Ok na ung usok nya sa tailpipe normal na kulay at di na masyado mausok
