    In this video, we will find out why we cannot bypass the idle solenoid valve. It's very important to check the functionality of this component (solenoid valve) so that during emergency (engine suddenly stop) we can do some workaround just to start the engine by bypassing the solenoid valve as temporary fix. Also, having bad idle solenoid valve will affect your idle mixture screw setting.

    Ang position ng actuator ng valve is normally close. It means mag open lang sya once na power up yung coil. Base sa video nyo pwedeng i-power off yung solenoid basta tanggal lang yung o-ring para ma-bypass yung part ng fuel mixture. So basically mag normally close ulit yung actuator (yung nag open/close sa dulo ng valve). So ibig sabihin kahit tanggalin mo yung o-ring nakasara pa din yung actuator, meaning non sense yung pag bypass mo or pag tanggal nung o-ring sa dulo. Since bago yung yung idle up valve na pinalit mo. Malinis pa sya kaya medyo may clearance pa na pwedeng pagdaanan nung bypass na ginawa mo. Meaning to say walang kinalaman yung pag fully or partially open nung actuator valve tama ba?. So walang silbi ang sinasabi mong bypass para umandar kung sakaling hindi bago or madumi na yung idle up solenoid valve mo.

      Hello po, pwede naman po gamitin, in that case, naka bypass na yung solenoid valve, ang effect lang po kung naka bypass ay mas aksayado ito sa gasolina during idle. for example po, pag hindi naka bypass ang idle rpm mo ay 800 tapos pag naka bypass ang idle rpm mo naging 850 or 900 rpm.

      Boss meron po idle solenoid valve ang carburetor ng multicab, tinatawag din itong fuel cutoff valve. importante po ito boss for the idle ng sasakyan. dun naman po sa hard start sa umaga, check nyu po yung initial opening ng choke plate, dapat naka close yan, tapos pag nag start na yung makina, slightly mag open sya dahil may vacuum na yung choke actuator.Yung fast idle po, nakakatulong din para mapabilis mag init ang inyong makina and also pag working pa po yung thermostat nyu, nakakatulong ito during cold engine start. try nyu rin po check yung timing, try nyu rin po yung nasa video sa baba

      Boss pag black smoke kasi ibigsabihin ay unbalance combustion, meaning ang mixture ng air-fuel ay hindi tama. dami gasolina na hindi na susunog during combustion at nagiging heavy carbon. Try nyu boss e tune yung carburetor then check nyu rin na walang nag rerestrict ng flow ng air lalo na pag during high engine load, madalas clogged yung air cleaner or hindi nag fully open yung choke plate at full throttle or clogged yung intake manifold that cause air restriction.     good am boss tanong lang po re: solenoid. meron bang continuity yong dalawang wire? pos at neg yon di ba? yong mc ko ayaw talaga umandar. nung nag continuity check ako sa solenoid eh konektado yong 2 wires. pls help. ty

      Boss dapat po may 12V supply yung solenoid valve para mag open yung plunger at dumaloy yung fuel papuntang idle mixture screw na butas. kung ayaw talaga umandar, considering good ang battery nyu (not less than 9.6V) and may fuel kayo, try nyu po e pump yung accelerator pump ng isa or dalawang beses, this will spray fuel sa cylinder (temporary bypass nya yung idle solenoid valve for the initial supply of fuel) pag umandar tapos namatay rin yung makina, e double check nyu po yung idle solenoid valve baka hindi nag oopen yung plunger.

    sir ano kaya prolem ng multicab ko. rear engine. minutes after ko start mamamatay tapos di n magstart. bypass ko n ung magneticsolenoid. same prin po. minutes lng namamatay p rin. d n magstart uli.

      Boss sa tingin ko lang po, pag hindi na po nag oopen yung solenoid valve or fuel cutoff valve ay wala po kayng idle, meaning mag sstart ang makina pero mamamatay din po ito. ngayun po pag hindi naman po sya mag close, pagpatay nyu ng makina, medyo nakakadagdag din po ito sa malaking fuel consumption. pero ang isa pang importantng function po nito ay immediately e cutoff ang fuel supply pag switch off ng engine para walang magiging back flow ng fuel pabalik ng carburetor. pag patay po ng engine ay meron pang natitirang pressure sa mga cylinder lalo na yung positive pressure sa cylinder na pa compression stroke. pag negative pressure naman ay hihigop ito ng gasolina pa puntang cylinder. so dalawa po yung effect pag hindi sya mag close.

      Binibigla nyu po ba ang pag tapak sa gas pedal pag nag aaccelerate kayo or dahan dahan lang? halimbawa po from 1st gear at mag shishift tayo to 2nd gear, so release sa gas pedal tapos tapak sa clutch pedal then shift sa 2nd gear then release ang clutch sabay tapak sa gas pedal na pa bigla. or gradual lang ang release sa clutch sabay gradual lang din ang tapak sa gas pedal?

    siguro depende lang sa idle solenoid kung pwede ibypass o hindi.

      Check nyu boss kung wala kayong vacuum leak. or baka po yung idle solenoid or magnetic switch nag loloko, try nyu po e test at e secure yung connection ng idle solenoid both electrical and connection nya dun sa port, dapat walng leak lalo na pag hindi threaded type na magnetic switch

      Boss baka may loose connection lang sa high tension wire, try to check yung high tension wire na galing sa ignition coil baka hindi naka connect ng maayos or possible defective na yung igntion coil or possible din na weak na yung ignition coil. try to watch this video lalo na bandang 8:34 mins on how to test kung malakas pa mag spark yung ignition coil.

      Boss ang idle solenoid valve or tinatawag nilang fuel cut-off valve ay merong dalawang wires, isang positive and negative and interconnected po ito sa ignition switch, meaning pag naka switch off ang ignition switch automatic switch off din itong valve na ito. Ang Function po nito is to maintain the supply fuel during idle or naka stop ang sasakyan para hindi mamatay ang makina. isa pang function nito is to immediately cut ang supply ng fuel pag nag switch off ang ignition switch. Pag hindi po ito nakakabit, meaning continuous po ang supply ng fuel sa combustion chamber in this case, medyo hindi po ito maganda for fuel consumption. About naman po sa namamatay ang makina after 30 minutes, possible po na nag iinit po ang ignition coil nyu, possible cause naman nito ay either walang ballast resistor or nasa 12V supply ang na pupunta sa ignition coil.

      Boss hindi naman po nag babawas ng coolant or tubig sa reserve tank nya? nasa gitna po ba yung temperature gauge or lagpas na sa half yung kanyang indication sa dashboard? baka po kasi yung sensing element nya ay hindi na maganda ang performance or yung gauge itself, pwede nyu po ito icheck para ma verify kung nag fufunction ng maayos ang gauge and sensing element. watch nyu po yung video1 about the temperature gauge and video2 about sa temperature sensing element. Kung ok namn ang mga ito, baka yung thermostat valve nyu ay hindi na sya nag fufully open pag miinit na yung makina, watch nyu po yung video3 about thermostat

    Master ok lng ba na i-block ko ng buo na gasket ung EGR valve ng suzuki scrum ko. Di ba na send ko sau ung picture sa messenger mo na may leak na ung piston. Bka kako un ng dahilan kaya nag stall at hesitation yung engine tapos mahina sa akyatan sa palusong at patag kaya nya ung 85kph kahit 4x4 cya

      @@UDoITchannel sinubukan ko na iblock master ung dalawang butas sa egr valve naglagay ako ng gasket. Pero may napansin ako namg inoobserbahan ko ung makina. Parang lumakas ung tunog o kalantog ng makina parang doon nangagaling sa valves nya ung valve seat

      @@armandouy3618 Boss pag maingay po yung mga valves, baka po maluwag yung adjustment, or it could be walang enough oil na nag cicirculate sa mga valves, pero kung naka connect si egr temporarily, hindi naman po maingay yung mga valves?

      pag intermittent po yung taas baba meaning may time na tumataas tapos na wawala rin tapos mga ilang minuto tataas nanaman, it could be may vacuum leak po, ngayun po kung yung pag taas at pag baba nya ay regular cycle or consistent, it could be sa timing or valve clearance or sticky valve spring. maganda po kung meron vacuum gauge para ma double check yung mga valve springs. boss ito lang po yung pag kakaalam ko base sa naging experience ko lang po.

      dahil po yan sa fuel pump pressure at pag naka open po yung floater valve sa loob ng carburetor po. pag napuno na po ng fuel yung carburetor fuel chamber, mag coclose na po yung float valve at wala na pong papasok na fuel, pag clog naman po yung fuel return at walang ibang mapupuntahan ang fuel ay pupunta ulit ito sa carburetor fuel chamber at pwersahan syang papasok dahil sa pressure po ng fuel pump.

      Boss nakaka apekto po ito sa taaas baba ng minor, lalo na pag erratic yung 12V supply nya, meaning may loose connection, minsan pag loose yung pag install mo sa solenoid, potential source po ito ng vacuum leak, kung ok naman itong idle solenoid, try nyu po check kung may cylinder ba na silently na nag mimisfire or possible din po sa fuel pump pressure, minsan ito ang cause ng erratic idle.
      sa tagal ng pag baba ng minor, try to check yung fast idle screw, dalawa po kasi trabaho ng fast idle, yung una, temporarily increase idle rpm during cold engine start, pangalawa, to suppress or e delay yung biglang baba or close ng throttle plate.

      Boss try nyu po check yung idle solenoid baka hindi na sya nag fufunction ng maasyos or baka clogged po yung fuel line. Kung ok naman po yung idle solenoid and yung fuel line, baka po may loose compression na cylinder, pag hindi pa masyado malala yung loose compression, aandar pa po yung makina at ma fefeel mo na walang hatak, pero pag malala na, pwedeng hindi umandar or hard start yung makina, to check po, mag RPM drop down test po kayo, meaning isa-isa nyung tatangggalin yung sparkplug cable sa cylinder temporarily at ibabalik din aagad (extra careful and be safe lang po sa pag hawak ng high tension wire) tapos observe nyu po kung mag drop ang rpm or mag bago ang tunog ng makina, pag nag bago or nag drop ang rpm, ok po yung cylinder na yun, pag hindi nag bago, may loose compression po dun sa cylinder na yun. try nyu po e check yung valve clearance, baka walang clearance. dapat po meron para pag nag init po yung makina, may room for expansion pa yung valve pag nag init na yung makina. try nyu po watch yung video sa baba about hard or no start scenario th-cam.com/video/KeugpMkCnEc/w-d-xo.html

      Boss isa lang po yan da dahilan, possible din po sa type ng gasolina na gamit nyu, or pwede rin po na contaminated yung gasolina sa tank, pwede rin po na hindi fully close yung choke plate during cold engine start,possible din po lean ang mixture ng air and fuel, meaning mas marami hangin compare sa gasolina na pumapasok sa combustion chamber.
