- Brioche bread 🍞
- 2 eggs 🥚
- Ham of your choice
- Cheddar cheese 🧀
- some milk and salt
Top the brioche bread with ham & cheese. Beat 2 eggs and add a dash of milk and a little salt.
Dip the bread/toast in egg. Heat the butter in a pan. Add the bread. Fry on all sides until golden brown. Watch out, it's hot and delicious 😍 It really is super tasty and so quick to make!
