Homemade mini cheesecake muffins ! Here's the RECIPE - super tasty and easy

Ingredients:
- 150 g biscuits (e.g. butter biscuits)
- 60g butter
- 300 g cream cheese
- 80g sugar
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 20g flour
- 200 g sour cream
- Some lemon juice
(Unpaid advertising)
First chop the cookies, for example in a multi-chopper. Alternatively, the cookies can be placed in a freezer bag and crushed with a rolling pin. Melt the butter and mix it well with the cookies.
Place cream cheese in a bowl. Slowly mix the cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add an egg and continue stirring. Then add the second egg and continue stirring. Add flour and stir. Add sour cream and continue stirring. Finally add some lemon juice and stir.
We used silicone muffin tins without a muffin tray. Alternatively, you can of course also use a muffin tin.
First place the cookies in the muffin tins. Then add the cream.
Bake the muffins at 160°C top/bottom heat for about 15-20 minutes. Allow the baked muffins to cool and then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
LET IT TAST!

But with this sandwich it was more advantageous because I took it to work and the tomato pieces tend to fall out 😅 so the paste works quite well. But the taste actually comes from the cucumbers 😊 if you have the opportunity to use your own cucumbers from the garden, give it a try. Best wishes and hopefully see you soon in the comments

I love your sauce recipe for the meatloaf. I must try that. My meatloaf is similar but I use quick oats instead of bread and I add ketchup into the meatloaf and on top. Oddly I've never tried mustard in or on meatloaf so I must try that now since I love mustard. Thank you for sharing! Love the onion trick! 😄
Hello Julie and thank you for your comment 🫶🏼 It tastes good with ketchup too. You have to try it with mustard, the combination is delicious 😋 the sauce is crazy. We came up with it out of necessity when we ran out of sauce and it's so simple and quick to make that we almost only make it that way now.
