This SALAD will make your BBQ EVENING unforgettable!!️ Simple TORTELLINI SALAD😉
Welcome to our channel!
We always delight our guests with our simple tortellini salad 😍
You need the following ingredients:
- 500 g (dried) tortellini
- 3 tomatoes 🍅
- 2/3 cucumber 🥒
- 100 g cooked ham
- 4 spring onions
- 300 g salad cream (e.g. Miracle Whip)
- Vegetable broth
(Unpaid advertising)
Of course, you can adjust the amount of ingredients as you like.
Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. We always cook our tortellini in vegetable broth for more flavor. 😉 Then drain the tortellini and let it cool.
Cut the cucumber, tomatoes and ham into cubes. Cut the spring onions into pieces. Put all the ingredients in a bowl with the tortellini. Add approx. 300 g of salad cream (e.g. Miracle Whip) and mix everything well.
Let the finished salad sit in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.

important: There was a part missing in the video about the avocado 🥑. Peel the avocado, separate the skin and pit and put it in a Bowl/vessel. Chop everything until it becomes a kind of paste. Season with salt and pepper and taste. Very important, add a little lemon juice. Let the whole thing steep for a short time. Sorry for the small mistake, in the future everything will be in the video 🫶🏼

Nachtrag: Da eine Stelle im Video gefehlt hat zur Avocado 🥑. Avocado schälen, von Hülle und Kern trennen und in ein Gefäß geben. Alles zerkleinern, bis es zu einer Art Paste wird. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen und abschmecken. Ganz wichtig, etwas Zitronensaft hinzugeben. Das ganze kurz ziehen lassen. Sorry hierfür in Zukunft ist alles zu sehen 🫶🏼
