She and Omni seemed content to let innocent people die to keep the secret of Meteora. That being said, perhaps her relationship with Marco could convince her. Something that may be worth noting-- we don't KNOW if that's Mina in the armor. We saw her enter it, but the helmet wasn't on yet. When we do see the full armor attack, it doesn't speak. I thought the purple unicorn in the magic dimension was Toffee. Since it wasn't, I don't know if we'll see him, unless it's in the finale. I was hoping Tom ended up with Buff Frog, but people noting he hadn't left the car is good evidence he may still be in the magic dimension. Perhaps he'll be the one to figure out what's going on there. Poor River needs a hug. :(

My headcanon is still that freeing Globgor was all Rhombulus' idea, and if the others knew, they let him think they didn't. Because Rhombulus cracks like a lil snitch bitch, he'd have given them up. So either they didn't know, or he didn't know they knew.
At least these episodes were good. Probably we won't get *_ALL_* we want from the finale, but with this premise, the final arch could be decent. _Still a bullshit that Mina is endgame if nothing else happens, though. But they'll surely make something with that dark magic stuff._

Ok, here’s my predictions for the rest of the series. (Don’t read if you don’t like hearing predictions for some reason.) So, first of all, basic and obvious stuff: Tom will do something in the magic realm because he is still in there, and all of these plot threads throughout the season will come together somehow. More complex and/or less likely theories: the final villain isn’t Mina, but the spell with no name, as that seems to be what is corrupting the magic. Janna also might still have that tiny dark unicorn in her hat, which could be used later. I also think that Tom might somehow help save the firstborn and will play a more prominent role when the plot focuses on the magic realm. Also Tom and Janna seems to be a new ship for some reason. Other miscellaneous stuff includes doop doop somehow being important, meteora doing something with her powers, and Reynaldo being involved somehow. These are all due to the fact that this season really shoved down your throat the message that everything is connected and important. Janna mysteriously arriving was important. That seemingly random beach day photo that we saw in previous seasons was actually from the future. Moon having put her hands on the lid of the well. The dark substance she shed from her hands in the magic realm. All of this is all coming back, all of this is connected. Even things like Janna being banned from Brita’s tacos and the mystery prize being stolen actually have plot implications later on (which is one of the main reasons that I actually like this season.) And the last somewhat likely theory is that magic would be destroyed. I honestly just have this itch, this feeling at the back of my head that the series can’t end and the conflict can not be resolved without magic being removed from the multiverse. I’m not sure how that would affect living things or the environment, but it is just something that plainly makes sense. Now for the crackpot theories: The spell with no name will bring Toffee back. This has no evidence aside from the point that the spell with no name was the spell meant to defeat Toffee. And finally, glossaryck is the villain. I don’t agree with this theory AT ALL but I’ve heard it be passed around a little bit. Some people think that he made Toffee the way he was and that he was responsible for Toffee being so obsessed, (because of the time travel episode) but it doesn’t really make sense to me at all. Well it's his fault the Toffee was using was the Soul Sucking magic, since he only knew that existed because Meteora used it on him. Overall villain I doubt, because he gave Mewmans magic in the first place.

Honestly Tom being in the magic dimension isn't the only dangerous thing. Remember Janna having a purple baby horse in her hat? That could be danger as well

I'll be honest, it kinda feels like the Mina arc is going to finished next episode. Having them fight now seems too early for an endgame villian. It gives me the impression that there's a true endgame villian that's going to be a lot more dangerous. *coughcough* namelessspell *coughcough*

Since you didn't mention it in post like the Solarian Blade I wanna mention that Marco was having some sort of Multiple Personalities Thing in the Magic Dimension. Which could hopefully mean Monster Arm, Toffee or even just a straight up Evil Marco (NEFCY PLEASE)
What I want to know though is what happened to Ludo I mean since battle of mewni he’s literally only been in 2 episodes and he’s changed a lot since season 1 I’d have liked to have seen him confront his parents follow through on that whole Ludo vs the forces of evil sign and change his ways further and let go of the past but no......... I think there's still a chance for the end game to be related to Raptor God man.. first, the corruption of the magic realm, that has nothing to do with Mina and definitely feels like a final disaster type of deal. Also, the MHC stated that there's high level of unknown magic activity in the temple a couple eps back, that might connects to A. Eclipsa doing dark magic stuff, B. Meteora's training / gaining power, or C. Glossaryck doing gods know what (maybe related to Raptor God man), but any of those would relates back to the corruption. Mina is messy, but definitely not the "worst to come", as father time stated.

So if Mewmans were Humans all along, and it was magic that brought them to Mewni in the first place, and the Magical High Commission is actually evil... Then this is all seeming to suggest that Mewni was always supposed to belong to the monsters, and that magic is bad regardless of whether it is dark magic or not.
Thoughts: Mina says "give Mewni back to the Mewmans" but as Marco established- Mewni was never the mewmens to begin with. So, you cant give back something that was never yours. What does this mean? Heck if I knoe
Hey man, that area with the purple crystals and handprints where Janna went is the place where Moon was healing herself after fighting Meteora. She is the cause of the purple magic and the dark unicorns, like the mark of the Spell with no Name just melted off and corrupted the magic. I seriously don't know why people aren't mentioning this more often.
I was thinking that the "mewmans = humans" thing was just an explanation by the writers for why they, you know, look exactly the same. It's not one of those bullshit situations like Kryptonians or Gallifreyans where they're totally alien but look exactly like humans just for convenience. I'd be willing to bet it IS a plot point, but if it's not, I won't be that upset.
He just isn't the biggest fan of the little time we have left being spent on shipping drama instead of tying up the damn plot so it doesn't crash and burn.
I would have been fine with Starco had it happened in the earlier seasons. I made it clear in my Curse of the Blood Moon reaction that I'm not for Starco right now because if the writers tried to make it work at this point in the story, it would only sacrifice the pacing and quality of the story. And sure enough, the writers tried making it work, and the pacing/quality of the story went downhill because of it.

Nothing has changed whatsoever, everything we knew was going to happen is happening really. I am still disappointed in her being the endgame villain. Also, since Tom is still in the dimension of magic, I am legit mad that JANNA will have more of a part to play than TOM in the finale.

It's gotten old at this point. They've forced this ship to the point where we have to accept a lackluster series finale. Which is a shame, because I would have been 100% fine with a Starco ending had it been established in earlier seasons. But right now they're focusing on cramming shipping drama in rather than actual *story.* And that just doesn't sit well with me.
I think this episode is a good example of how they could have worked the season. There was like the one portion about relationships but it wasn't the entire focus of the episode. Having so many episodes that were purely about dating situations made the story very undeveloped.
When the last scene ended like that I was like You can't end an episode like that! SVTFOE crew : Yes we can me : why? SVTFOE crew : Cuz we're evil~, evil~, evil~ tonight~ :) Basically this whole show is star vs the forces of the evil crew of star vs the forces of evil
There is a last oportunity for Seth or Toffee to appear. Septarians were the people that defeat the solarian warriors, and it seems that it will be a plan B for Mina. A solarian warrior army. So, just in "tavern at the end of the multiverse" they will find a way to defeat them. What way it could be? A good last chance to meet a septarian again. May be Rasticore help Star to find a retired Seth that it could know the weakness of the solarian warriors and, at the same time, know about the real motivations of Toffee. Maybe Toffee betray Seth because Seth want to regain their lands, but Toffee wants to destroy the magic and he didn't accept any deal. That could be the reason behind the traps of Solaria and Comet after all. And... even being evil, Toffee could be right after all (as Glossarick said). Magic would turn into pure destruction. So, maybe Toffee is resurrected, to assimilate all the magic before destruction magic spreads across the multiverse. With the end of magic, the multiverse become cleaved. Mewni and Earth separated until the magic return again. So... what Marco and Star will do? It's a possible plot.
Honestly, I'm not immune to Starco situation, so I feel ashamed of myself every time that situation. Thats why i feel same way as you whenever i see your video
I could be reading too much into this but 1st Moon doesn't warn Eclipsa and then she knows that the portals are not working despite the fact that she clearly didn't intend (or presumably try) to leave. I wonder.
One hour left. So much unresolved. I'm not happy about Globgor's impending death, but why not? The show destroys any ship I approve of, why not this? Let's break up Moon and River. Why not? Toffee? Gone. Monster arm? Gone. Kelly? Gone. TOM?! GONE! The Roundtable is right, we have something with a wand of darkness using the millhorse Janna's smuggling under her hat. Dark magic and magic cancel each other out. Magic is gone. This is unfortunate. Glossaryk and the MHC cease to exist because they're MADE of magic. Fine. Monsters cease to exist because magic is an intrensic part of their being. Solaria wins! Mina reverts to being a dirt poor idiot, we're trapped in Mewni, no magic, no portals, no demons, no Ponyheads, no Kelpbottoms, no mermaids no magic. We're stuck in a medieval crapworld with no magic. No mewmans, just humans. Monsters revert to animals. Mewni itself may cease to exist. Everybody dies. O, the embarrassment. Seriously, I don't see how we can pull anything out of the fire in an hour. Good thing we went to Questbuy, huh? It's not like the time we wasted there and on Kelly's world and having a beach day wouldn't come in handy now? (Bangs head against wall)
I wonder if the series is building up to eclipsa using the spell with no name on Mina. From what it looks like, virtually no magic affects her, and she’s lived for forever, so I wonder if the spell with no name would be the only way to beat her?

I was thinking that the "mewmans = humans" thing was just an explanation by the writers for why they, you know, look exactly the same. It's not one of those bullshit situations like Kryptonians or Gallifreyans where they're totally alien but look exactly like humans just for convenience. I'd be willing to bet it IS a plot point, but if it's not, I won't be that upset.

He just isn't the biggest fan of the little time we have left being spent on shipping drama instead of tying up the damn plot so it doesn't crash and burn.
I would have been fine with Starco had it happened in the earlier seasons. I made it clear in my Curse of the Blood Moon reaction that I'm not for Starco right now because if the writers tried to make it work at this point in the story, it would only sacrifice the pacing and quality of the story.
And sure enough, the writers tried making it work, and the pacing/quality of the story went downhill because of it.

i think that the purple stuff is the spell without a name, as eclipsa gave it to moon on her hands, but she washed her hands in the magic dimensions. What if they have to sacrifice the magic dimension to save the multiverse. That would be interesting because if they couldnt dimension hop star would have to choose to stay on mewni or earth

Also, I still disagree that Mina is a good villain. Nothing has changed whatsoever, everything we knew was going to happen is happening really. I am still disappointed in her being the endgame villain.
Also, since Tom is still in the dimension of magic, I am legit mad that JANNA will have more of a part to play than TOM in the finale.

It's gotten old at this point. They've forced this ship to the point where we have to accept a lackluster series finale.
Which is a shame, because I would have been 100% fine with a Starco ending had it been established in earlier seasons. But right now they're focusing on cramming shipping drama in rather than actual *story.* And that just doesn't sit well with me.

I think this episode is a good example of how they could have worked the season. There was like the one portion about relationships but it wasn't the entire focus of the episode. Having so many episodes that were purely about dating situations made the story very undeveloped.

There is a last oportunity for Seth or Toffee to appear. Septarians were the people that defeat the solarian warriors, and it seems that it will be a plan B for Mina. A solarian warrior army.
So, just in "tavern at the end of the multiverse" they will find a way to defeat them.
What way it could be?
A good last chance to meet a septarian again. May be Rasticore help Star to find a retired Seth that it could know the weakness of the solarian warriors and, at the same time, know about the real motivations of Toffee. Maybe Toffee betray Seth because Seth want to regain their lands, but Toffee wants to destroy the magic and he didn't accept any deal. That could be the reason behind the traps of Solaria and Comet after all.
And... even being evil, Toffee could be right after all (as Glossarick said). Magic would turn into pure destruction. So, maybe Toffee is resurrected, to assimilate all the magic before destruction magic spreads across the multiverse.
With the end of magic, the multiverse become cleaved. Mewni and Earth separated until the magic return again.
So... what Marco and Star will do?
It's a possible plot.

I could be reading too much into this but 1st Moon doesn't warn Eclipsa and then she knows that the portals are not working despite the fact that she clearly didn't intend (or presumably try) to leave. I wonder.
One hour left. So much unresolved. I'm not happy about Globgor's impending death, but why not? The show destroys any ship I approve of, why not this? Let's break up Moon and River. Why not? Toffee? Gone. Monster arm? Gone. Kelly? Gone. TOM?! GONE! The Roundtable is right, we have something with a wand of darkness using the millhorse Janna's smuggling under her hat. Dark magic and magic cancel each other out. Magic is gone. This is unfortunate. Glossaryk and the MHC cease to exist because they're MADE of magic. Fine. Monsters cease to exist because magic is an intrensic part of their being. Solaria wins! Mina reverts to being a dirt poor idiot, we're trapped in Mewni, no magic, no portals, no demons, no Ponyheads, no Kelpbottoms, no mermaids no magic. We're stuck in a medieval crapworld with no magic. No mewmans, just humans. Monsters revert to animals. Mewni itself may cease to exist. Everybody dies. O, the embarrassment. Seriously, I don't see how we can pull anything out of the fire in an hour. Good thing we went to Questbuy, huh? It's not like the time we wasted there and on Kelly's world and having a beach day wouldn't come in handy now? (Bangs head against wall)
