Drew P. Balls no idea. To build a really good flight sim from the ground up would take couple years and a big budget. Unfortunately the flight sim genre is a niche area so I dont think any devs would take this chance
ProFly-FS Flight Simulation Yes the 777 runs fine on windows 10. You can get rex soft clouds separate, but rex 4 has other textures like sky, ocean etc

Using Taburet night 3d and dx10 with the dx10 scenery fixer. Bloom has to be turned on Yo get the lights to sparkle
