One comment--you might want to bring the viewer's attention to that place in the auto-connect setup dialog where you specify the allowed frequency ranges. I have a 40m EFHW too, so I copied the ranges you had there. It's visible in the video but you didn't talk about it. I'm worried that if I hadn't specified it, it might have tried transmitting to a station on, say, 30m, where I don't have a resonant antenna.

What is the mode selection in the radio, DATA U AND PRESET? The program its working good, but I have no comunication with my radio, the 2 drivers of my USB cable are ok too, Thanks and 73!
That’s Data-Upper side band and the preset is a set and forget selection that you’ll find when you open your mode selection. You’ll need to got through the factory settings and tweak them for your requirements, such as data rate.
