Wrestlemania 22. It had everything!! Mick Foley vs. Edge. Fire and tables. A great money in the bank match. A Vince fight. And Rey won the heavy weight championship in honor of Eddie. Plus it was in Chicago!!!

I remember watching this show live and still not believing Eddie won even when he's holding the belt. The crowd just explodes here, one of my favorite matches ever, even with the shenanigans at the end.
It was one of the greatest moment I ever saw on TV honestly the crowd was max turned up. Eddie was so beloved

Eddie winning the WWE title is literally 1 of the greatest moments in WWE history. I remember it so well and was genuinely emotional that Eddie finally got the big 1 that he had deserved for so so long. Eddie is still so hugely missed to this day. To add a possible suggestion I would go with WWF royal rumble 1992 as the rumble match is considered 1 of the 2 best rumble matches ever. The other being the 2001 rumble.
Suggestion: Unforgiven 2006 (Cena/Edge in TLC match, Trish's "retirement match", and the DX/McMahon's Hell in a Cell match)

No Way Out 04 was one of my favourite Smackdown ppv's of the ruthless aggression era, Eddie Guerrero winning the wwe title and beating Brock Lesnar in a fantastic match is one of my favourite non Wrestlemania moments of all time. It truly was a feel good moment where the right person won the title and everyone was genuinely happy
Eddie died on my birthday. He was my second favorite wrestler. So that was a sad thing to wake up too on my birthday of all days :/

Watching Eddie win the WWE Championship still gives me goosebumps.
This PPV, was around the same time Matt Hughs and Rampage Jackson were fighting in the UFC. And while they didn't call it that, both used to knock fools out with power bombs legit. Bradshaw's power bomb in that match reminds me of one of those. Brutal AF!

Voted for this one. Eddie winning the WWE Championship is my favorite moment in wrestling. Everything he went through and was able to overcome became worth it this night. A legend.
There are matches I go back and watch and will never get tired of. No way out Eddie vs Lesnar is one of them. Emotional and still get goosebumps till this day

We need a wcw show next week I say Halloween havoc 1998 with matches including raven vs Jericho rick Steiner vs Scott Steiner Kevin Nash vs Scott hall Hogan vs warrior goldberg vs ddp and sting vs Bret hart
My first WCW PPV was Starrcade 1990, I remember Doom vs Arn Anderson & Barry Wyndham in a streetfight, and that was the first time I'd ever seen someone bleed hardway by having an opponent dig something into someone's head and as a kid it shocked the hell out of me. I'm pretty sure Stan Hansen and Lex Luger had a texas lariat match too that was ultra disturbing.
Unforgiven 2000 next please..One of the best ppvs ever! Stone cold returns!

WrestleMania 17 - I was there at the astrodome. What a show!
I clearly remember this show. It was one of my favorite wrestling moments ever and judging from the crowd reaction and the fact that this was voted for ups and downs, I am not alone.

ECW living dangerously 1999.
The card has 3 great matches RvD v Jerry Lynn in one of the greatest matches of all time. Tajiri v Super Crazy who always had great matches against each other and Taz v Sabu. On top of that it had a whole load of craziness that it would be fun to see Simon’s reactions too.

Sable, torrie, and nidia segments were 🔥in 2004. And they probably drew more viewers than n e thing in 2020 including ur beloved aew.

And yet, Josh Mathews in 2004 STILL looks like more of an adult than the guy they had doing commentary on Raw for a while, I forget his name, the one after Michael Cole who looked like one of the Little Rascals trying to wear his dad's suit and tie.

Simon's deadpan delivery when he explains that it makes sense that Cena might be the unknown attacker because "that man can't be seen" makes me laugh out loud every time I read it.
I love wrestling for what it was back in the day and I love it now. Why would someone watch the early stuff if all they are going to do is complain about it? It was different times .

Eddie winning was amazing! I never cried for a celebrity death but boy I was balling when raw started and I seen it for myself. This was also when winning the title meant something. WWE belts now a days get passed around too much.

This gave me some insane nostalgia. I will note that as a kid I did buy into the Hardcore Holly/Lesnar angle. I want to say they had start running that program because Lesnar broke Holly's neck? It was the only time I viewed Holly as a possible higher mid-card guy though.

Arguably the greatest techinal wrestler ever alive, Eddie had also one of the best physiques in wrestling too. He was 228 pounds of solid muscle, its very odd that no one ever mention that.
