Former Coldwell Banker Agent, Nichole Lavigne moves to eXp Realty

Nichole Lavigne is a former Coldwell Banker agent who is now an eXp Realty agent. In this video, she shares her journey and what lessons she learned along the way.
Nichole shares some great tips on how to be a successful real estate agent and how to navigate the new market we are heading into.
A little about Nichole:
Nichole began her career in 2006 in Las Vegas. As many agents were going out of business, she diligently stood by her customers and helped them negotiate a difficult market of bank-owned and short-sale properties. Many of her investor clients flourished building valuable investment portfolios. She gained invaluable experience to help a variety of clients no matter the economic conditions.
Since 2007, she has been a multi-million dollar sales professional. Earning accolades such as Leading Edge Society and Pinnacle Sales Executive awards. These awards were earned by assisting hundreds of families to achieve their goals by selling their homes for top dollar - no matter what the market conditions.
Prior to her sales career, she navigated a fast-paced 9-year career as a Legal Assistant in some of the nation's top law firms in Washington DC, and Philadelphia, PA. She assisted with many high-profile litigation cases, gained valuable experience in writing contracts, and earned a reputation as a strong negotiator.
Nichole and her family relocated to Las Vegas from the east coast in 2006. She raised two daughters in Henderson. One is a music student in Seattle at Cornish College of the Arts and the other is now in high school. Her parents also recently moved to Henderson and she loves spending her free time with family. She enjoys domestic and international travel, playing recreational sports, watching professional sports, and local live music and entertainment. She is a HUGE Philadelphia Eagles Football fan.
