    Ingredients
    Keto Bread (Aldi’s-White) 4 slices
    Butter Spray As Needed
    Mozzarella Cheese Slices (Best Choice) 2 slices
    Baby Swiss Cheese Slices (Members Mark) 2 slices
    Turkey Sausage Patty (Kirkwood) 1 patty
    Turkey Pepperoni 12 pieces
    Parmesan Cheese (Grated) 1 tsp
    Italian Seasoning ½ tsp
    Directions
    Cook sausage patty and set aside
    Spray bread with butter spray
    Place bread onto skillet with spray side down
    Sprinkle 1/4 of Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning on top of each bread slice
    Place 1 cheese slice on each bread slice
    Put 1/2 of pepperoni and 1/2 of sausage on a slice of bread
    Cook on medium heat for about 1 minute
    Carefully place opposite cheeses on top of each other

    Today's recipe is a little adventurous. A friend of mine, Stanley, suggested that I make a Pizza Grilled Cheese sandwich. I liked the idea so, here it is. It is tasty and easy to make. It also doesn't require an oven (It's very hot here this week). It will pair well with some tomato soup or dunk in marinara sauce. It's Keto friendly (0.5 Net Carbs and 28.2g of Protein). It's also Diabetic friendly with 0 Sugar. The Healthy Highlights and Recipe are as follows:

    Tomato soup would be perfect with this sandwich!
