In California, 90% of people pull straight into a parking spot. That is very fast and efficient .
_In California, 90% of people pull straight into a parking spot_
Since 90% of drivers can obviously pull straight into a parking spot on their own, it's difficult to understand why you're so insistent that FSD should do it for them. That just doesn't make any sense.
@@BigBen621 100% of drivers can *drive* *alone* too, so why the push for FSD? Bro, listen to yourself.
If FSD will take me to Costco or Walmart, why does it *leave* *people* *hanging* at the end of the trip? Park the car automatically, FSD. Finish the job you started.
@@DerekDavis213 _100% of drivers can drive alone too, so why the push for FSD?_
For one thing, because average drivers cause orders of magnitude more injury and fatal accidents than FSD (Supervised), as reported by NHTSA. That seems to me to be a good reason to push for FSD; but it probably won't be for you, because your position is that 40,000 traffic deaths isn't a big deal, because we're "in a country of 340 million people"-so presumably there'll still be plenty of people left even after 40,000 die.
_If FSD will take me to Costco or Walmart, why does it leave people hanging at the end of the trip?_
That's a straw man logical fallacy; your complaint has been that it'll drive into a spot backwards, but not forwards, and not that it won't park at all at the end of a trip. That's planned for a future release; but if you want to whine about it not doing this right now, that's certainly valid-knock yourself out.
@@BigBen621 Less than *one* *percent* of cars in America are Teslas.
FSD is years behind schedule, and is a basic Level 2 assistant that frequently makes mistakes. A human must *supervise* at all times.
There are huge parking lots full of unsold Tessla vehicles .
@@BigBen621 FSD cannot cause ANY accidents, because FSD cannot function alone. A human is always there, watching and assisting. FSD today is nothing like Elon's promises, 8 years ago .

Huh?! 😂😂😂
Too slow, u can park faster yourself. Now if u could exit the car and Tesla could park itself that would be cool
Hopefully coming 🤞🏻
Chinese cars come with full self driving parking for free!
Anyone who can't park a car by themselves shouldn't be sitting behind the wheel, this is what the driving test is for.
Same thing could be applied to emergency breaking if you tried to compare to automatic ones, half of the drivers would be disqualified automatically. Its a good feature as an option when you need it for one or the other reason
it’s a feature relax
Yea it’s literally just a feature
