Best purchase ever. I have arthritis in my knees and can no longer scrub my tile floors and I REFUSE to use a mop. I took a chance on this product and it works GREAT. I bought all the extra pads and they all work wonderfully. 5 stars across the board.

Hi see it work well on any moist stains but how well does it work/remove dried food on tiles ,i own a pet parrot and she can be messy with her food and it dries on the tiles so love to see a demo on dry and sticky food as in fruit and stuff
For dried up stuff, I would spray some hot water on any dried up crusty stuff or spray the small areas with crusted/dried up stuff with a good floor cleaner and let it sit for a couple of minutes. I'd get any major stuff off once it's dissolved with a paper towel and then go over it with this thing.
If I'm cooking something like spaghetti and see when I'm cleaning that there is dried up sauce or whatever on the stove I do this as well. I spray something on it or just plain hot water and let it sit, wipe the little spots where the chunks are leftover with a paper towel and then go on cleaning.
If it's an annoying problem I would buy a large roll of kids drawing paper for easels and put it on the floor underneath the cage so that you're not stuck cleaning up bird mess that dried up on the tile. There's so many things out there that you could find to put under a bird cage. They have some cool stuff it doesn't have to look tacky like the easel or packing paper. If it came down to it I would prefer paper underneath the cage vs stuff on the actual floor.

One side of the first spin mop I bought stopped moving after just two months. The replacement unit only lasted ten minutes and quit working. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed. I called Bissell on May 26 at 1:19 PM and waited for over an hour on hold and never got to speak with anyone.

Oh cool! Hoover made something like this in the 60s called the flooramatic. It scrubbed to floor and sucked up the solution or you could polish with pads like this.

After cleaning do i need to rinse or just let dry?
If only have the ones I would just rinse and use it again. If not going use it for a until next cleaning I would wash it then hang dry I wouldn't put in the dryer to keep it's shape.

As someone who bought one I feel a bit defensive coz I loved it so much. Normal mops smear too. The mopping is a smearing mechanism if u change the pads ur pad will smear cleanly 🤣

So... There's no way to get the pads clean to finish a cleaning job, except run a complete cycle in the wash? Using up a lot of water? And you're out of luck in between cycles, unless you get a bunch of mop pads? Sounds like a win to me... But wait a minute. The product is no longer available on QVC or Amazon.

Go to Amazon but they have a new product called Bissell Crosswave that does everything, 3 in one. Then you don't need this one. It vacuums, dust, and wipe. For this one, you need a vacuum cleaner before wiping. Crosswave also cleans carpet and rugs.

Then the dirt they bring into the house when it rains. With this I can save more than 50% of time. I don't need to dust, vacuum and then wipe after that anymore.
Good but it is still not perfect idea. this mop works perfect to clean a small area messy, but it is not cleaning well if we want to clean for the whole house.... why...? if we clean up the whole house and we use the same "mop pads" to clean over and over without changing or washing the "mop pads" I don't think it is cleaning. look on the Hand mop, I can clean in a small area then I can wash the "Mop Pads" any time and go back to clean again, to do that I can make the floor perfect cleaning.
just take the mop pads off in between and wash them out in soapy water, rinse and put back on machine?
Or purchase a second set of pads 🤷🏻♀️

The very basic problem with this mop is,
after few minutes, the brushes becomes dirty and with the same dirty brushes you are continuing further cleaning. Until the brushes are washed in washing machine you won't get the cleaned brushes.
huge messes you pick up first with cloth/paper.
And you should swap the bissell brushes after each room to make sure you're not moving dirt around.
They have a cordless version. If you just randomly mop a room with it, and throw the brushes in the washing machine after, that's preetty handy too

And by the way, easy pays are very simple. You buy the item and the money it's charged x amount once a month. It's up to you if you rather pay all at once or break it into payments. You don't have to call anyone or go online and pay it every month, it is automatically taken out of your account. I don't know how much easier that could be.
