I got the Bissell one that releases actual steam (SpinWave SmartSteam). I use that with one hand and a spray bottle with Pine Sol in the other, to get the best of both worlds and have the room smelling nice when I'm done. The steam works well enough on its own, I just like the smell of clean and you get zero smell when mopping steam alone.
Doesn't it bother you that you are just smearing the dirt around? The first room is ok but the last room would be "cleaned" with the dirt of all the other rooms.... At least with a normal mop you rinse 3/5 times per room...
@@lorenzogazzola328 I vacuum my floors first so it doesn't smear dirt around. If you find the pads getting dirty you can change them to another set during the whole mopping job. I don't consider this the most deep cleaning floor washing machine but if you compare it to a regular spray mop it's a a big improvement. I feel the sponge mops I used to use smeared more and picked up less. If you have a really big area or very dirty floor yeah you'd be better off with a different mop.
I cant wait til my spinwave comes in. . It looks way more promising than the swiffer mop with the pads. . With the swiffer i gotta add a good amount of pressure if something dries up before i clean it so i am hopeful that the spinning action will make cleanup a breeze
This is much less expensive than a wet dry vac. It's also easier and faster to use than a regular mop IMHO, but there's no question it's a niche product.
Can you recommend a wet vac for laminate flooring? I hate mops as the waters dirty I was looking at getting one of these and just changing the pads 2/3 for our room so is actually cleaning it. I usually wash floor on my hands and knees but have rumtiod arthritis now so can't do it
Because almost every high end combo is a steam mop. If you use a steam mop on LVP it will ruin the flooring. This takes the place of mopping or using a swiffer. Both of those options requiring cleaning the floor first as well.
Great review. Just purchased mine using a $60 Bissell credit for the recalled hand steam sprayer. Payed $50 and am very excited to receive!

I really like the corded Spinwave, its cheap, it works, and cleanup is easy.
Its great for the money and it works extremely well too

This is much easier than Swiffer, but obviously a bit more set up and cleaning after. If you're doing a whole room or two I think it's worth it.
They also have 2 different robot versions that also vacuum
Thanks - Good suggestion to check out!
Hey mop guys! What are good electric mops for vinyl floors, as we can’t use steam?
This doesn't use steam
I have stone flooring and it’s best to not clean them with a lot of products . So the bissel works great for it
Good to know!
I just got mines today I ordered from best buy I got the cordless version
Wow now I know if I should buy this
First time I’ve tried anything like this and I was surprised as how good it was
if they melted a hole in the middel it would be more easer then ever would it ? huh? because the centre is usless anyway
Why would I buy a mop that needs prior vacuum for a price of a simple wet vacuum that really cleans the floor instead of wetting it and spreading dirt
