Would love more info on this. I have pretty much abandoned Instagram on my person level because of their shift from still to motion photography, and I am frankly way undereducated on shooting quality video. For real estate, the demand hasn't really been there in my local area (yet) to the point I haven't taken any action on the info I read in the Virtual Tour book yet, although I did acquire a lens and tripod head. Still new in box. It would not surprise me for this market to skip video tours and go straight to Instagram shorts, because platform access is obviously easier. In in the next years, I want to expand my area to include a (relatively) close bigger metropolitan area that will more than likely have higher expectations of add-ons, so practicing now is the obvious thing to do.
