    Another great video. Thanks! I would appreciate a tutorial video on how to create the most effective reel possible. Basically more than technical considerations. Thx!

    "Photos don't just sell the house, they sell the agent" - I love it! I've been using that philosophy for a while but didn't have a good short phrase to describe it. Thank you yet again Nathan!

    Hi Nathan, what is the best way to go about asking the Agent to give photo credit on their insta Gram post...Also I would really like to see a video on reels edited via P pro! thanks for all you do!

      Thanks Alan! Regarding photo credit from agents, I wouldn't ask and here's why: Their audience will be potential home buyers, and other agents that see the post are more interested in finding a buyer than a photographer; thus, the purpose of the post. But, as I mention in this video, if an agent DOES want to know who took the picture...because it is so awesome that they want to use you...then they will ask. In other words, no one is going to pay attention to the photo credit on an IG post from an agent, and it distracts from their goals and market, and asking an agent to give you credit can be perceived as petty. Instead, be so awesome that people will ask "Who took those photos?" ...and let your clients give a referral.

    Another excellent vid, Nathan. Much appreciated, thank you! (And yes, a camera pan tutorial would be great! I'm all for it.)

    Hi Nathan, I think carousels are great, I personally dislike vertical videos. Another shout-out to your other subscribers...I've purchased all your books and every one of your instructional videos, the courses are by far the best and most informative out there if your goal is to learn high-end, residential real estate photography. I highly recommend them and I am in the process of reviewing them for a second time and then working with all the raw files, you've included so I can do it myself. I am learning a lot, thanks again!

    Nathan i have a question, in my country windows frame are mostly dark colored (black/daek brown) how to do window pull on that? Is it still the same?

    • @NathanCoolPhoto
      @NathanCoolPhoto  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We have the same issue here, but it doesn't matter. All window pulls are done the same no matter what the frames, treatments, curtains, blinds, sheers, etc. It doesn't matter. Once you understand the principles behind window pulls then you'll be better able to make them work under any condition. This is something I cover in detail in my course on pro interior photography, here's a link if you'd like to check that out: ProInteriors.NathanCool.com

    The last 3 months have been the busiest I have ever been since starting my RE business. Every single client I have is word of mouth.

    Do you have a different pricing calculation for something lie a large warehouse? I normally charge a flat fee then scale by square footage, but a massive warehouse doesn't seem like it would make sense to use my normal rate. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

    Hi Nathan, thanks for all your awesome content: I’ve recently purchase your “Mastering Flambient Photography” and have already learned so much.
    I’d love you to make a video on editing reel clips in Adobe Premiere Pro!
