Despite reading some not so good comments here, personally i commend the architect and designer of the house, so brave enought to design and incorporate Colors na not just plain and basic like black and white.or gray, unlike this one it has a very interestings layout and designs! This house has a lot of characters!!

Love ko talaga ang house na to....ang issue ko lang dito is yung mga vanity sink at round bed na hindi ko gusto....pero kung tatama lang ako sa lotto, tyak, bibilhin ko to.. 😊

It's a really beautiful house I thought it would have only 2 bedrooms but ended up having 4 😂 but other than that it's 16.8 mln it's really beatifull and the bedrooms are very spacious
Wow I like that every floor is very well planned,.And cleaning this house or make it always nice and tidy won't be a hassle because the absents,,..Of the double high ceilings And the eldest of course,.Gets the Biggest room! Of the house and that's the junior master bedroom while the others,,..Can enjoy the other rooms as well But what I really love,.Is the walk in closet of the master bedroom where it's just too beautiful and roomy to be true,,..As well as the master t&b Where indeed,.After a stressful day! You could really use a nice relaxing bath in your bathtub to help wash your worries away Plus the,.Fact that I really like is that it now has an actual toiletries holder for your shampoo and other stuff Well I also,.Like the built in's or built into the walls of the bathrooms And since it's for a house this quite big,.For a two car carport One SUV or a family van,.And a four door sedan (compact size or full size) is alrdy perfect 😉

Ampangit nung tiles sa 1st bedroom, yung masters bedroom side table Kala mo nasa motel ka 🙄 yung 3rd room bilog kama, anito Inn lang ang datingan ampangit nanaman ng tiles, yung masters T&B sana yung pwesto ng jacuzzi tub dun mo nilagay water closet tas nilakihan mo enclosed shower mas functional. Balcony useless unless for maintenance ng A/C, yung back splash ng kitchen sablay kulay itim tas cabinet mo brown tas island mo puti. Sabog ata sa color coordination eh. Mabuti nalang maganda si Apple Grace at yung ang malaking check 👌🏽
Hi AV Properties, I just want to ask. Did you delete one of your videos? Because I can't find that one video of a house tour which is I really like. Inside the powder room on the mirror there is a light switch on it? You can adjust it to dim the light or choose completely white. I can't find it.
