    I really don’t understand why a bed liner is not included on a 71 thousand dollar truck.

    • @JVette01
      @JVette01  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It should be but Ford has always made that an a la carte option on the F150

      On the upside; it saves you on what little payload it has. I believe they deduct 60-80lbs for bedliner.

    First video I've seen of the non Chrome Appearance Package in this trim. Nice to see the special 20" King Ranch wheels!

    Is there anything the Platinum has that you can't equip on the King Ranch? Great review!

      Features wise I think you can equip them the same. Thanks!

    I like this one because it doesn’t have the tailgate applique.

    • @JVette01

      I actually like the applique haha but it's nice to have options!

    I’d tell them I’ll buy the truck if you include the bedliner for free.

      I’m sure you could make that happen!

    With the adaptive steering, is the steering nice easy/light at low speeds for parking etc and tighter/firmer at highway speed?

    • @JVette01
      @JVette01  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes. It’s very nice. I notice it in King Ranch, Platinum, (and I’m assuming) Limited Trim. Lariat still has normal steering but still has less turns than some 2020 models.

      @@almarsh6880 Negative. They pushed it until March 15th now. Supposedly Ford was having issues getting the main computer chip. It is 95% complete sitting in Detroit.

    Ur facts are wrong. Ford was the first to introduce key tailgate open AND close option. Gm products dont offer key tailgate close in their newer generation trucks let alone their older ones.

    • @JVette01

      Chevy did the power up tailgate first

  • @adambimbo2072

    It has the upgraded wheels but doesn’t have the big chrome KING RANCH on the tailgate?? And no chrome handles or bumpers.... this is the stx of king ranch

    • @JVette01
      @JVette01  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      STX of King Ranch 😂😂😂 a lot of people actually like it like this instead of having more chrome.

      @@skigdividerx4991 that’s awesome. I recently picked up a 2012 F-150 XLT with 292,000 miles for $4,500. Runs and drives good but does need a little bit of work. It’s got the 5.0 in it which is still holding up great. My other F-150 is a 2014 with the 3.7 with no issues. Ford makes amazing trucks 👍

    do you know if you can change the display on the instrument cluster??? it is becoming a deal breaker for in purchasing a new truck.

    • @JVette01
      @JVette01  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It changes based on drive mode. But since it defaults to normal, expect it to look like that all the time.
