We might need to reevaluate Yoda's age at the time he bacame a Jedi master. If we go by the new madalore series, by age 50 they're still in there infancy. Unless they hit an extremely accelerated growth spurt, i seriously doubt he'd be a Jedi master by 94...
Actually, in terms of his own species' age, Yoda died extremely young. Based on the knowledge that the Child is 50 years old and acts about 18 months old, we can conclude that Yoda, at 900 years old, died relative to 27-33 years old. This may be due to stress from the rise of the Empire or perhaps this is common and we just don't know enough about the species yet to make that conclusion.
Those numbers are based entirely on assumptions and no hard facts. Yoda looks ancient by a new hope, so if he died in the equivalent of his 30s or even 40s, why would he look that old? Yoda also reached rank of jedi master by 96 years old, that's only 46 years older than grogu, so there is obviously a massive growth jump they have in that time period.
Your numbers are not linear. Yoda was named master at 96 standard years. So, with Grogu being about 50 there must be a big growth spurt between say 50 and 80 somewhere.
That is a assumption Maybe Yoda species has a huge growth spur for the species as well has a maturity growth around 100 years old. If we try to compare by human terms, Yoda died at 90 years old, the child is 5 years old

Baby Yoda is 50. Yoda became a master at 96. I sense a retcon is coming soon. That or they have a massive growth in maturity. Considering that a jedi was granted that title after training a padawan to knighthood, that maturity would probably occur at around 70 years old. 18-20 years to become a knight + however many years it took to train a padawan.

What if superman was a sith? Hear me out, because i can make it work. In 22 BBY, the ship carrying baby Superman flies towards earth, passing count Dooku's solar sailor. He senses unimaginable power inside the kryptonian ship, and latches onto it with his own ship's tractor beam. Dooku quickly realizes that the child is not apparently force sensitive, but when he touches the sleeping child's hand, he awakes, grabbing Dooku's finger hard enough to nearly break it. Dooku gasps in pain. Sidious obviously finds out about this somehow, and Dooku brings him the child. Palpatine pretty much makes superbaby vanish, and things go the same until around 1bby. By this time, Superman would be 21, and would not only have his kryptonian powers, but he would also be an expert swordsman, and would have been fully corrupted by palpatine. I'll stop here, but if you like this idea feel free to use it
Neti, hutts, the sith vitiate, maybe utapauans (only heard recently, haven’t checked), and anzati all have comparable or even longer lifespans. So I don’t think age could be a reason. If anything, the dark side more commonly is a part of or causes extended lifespans while the light more often just helps maintain health until death.
Your thesis on Humans being the best medium age range is hereby thrown out by: Yoda. "Foolish it is to think, Humans superior are. First, Humanity is not."
Dont microscopic water bears live forever without kicking the little bucket of natural causes? I heard somewhere that some have even survived on the skin of the space shuttles atmospheric re-entry, after a week in the complete vacuum of space. And some of those giant turtles (tortoise?) can live to be over 500 years old.
In my experience those who see others as playthings tend to already exhibit that by the time there adults due to just having a dominant streak without enough experience to temper it or childhood abuse. How they express such behavior changes with age but I dont think age has much to do with the existence of such behavior.
When are they going to give Yoda's species a proper name? I would like to see what their home planet is like, what their culture is like, and if all of Yoda's species are so strong in the Force.

He was blind on his watch.
Imagine if Qui Gon and/or Windu had been in charge 500 years previously and also had long lifespans, or just one preceded the other.
Maybe the same thing, because they would be so old they would be bored, ideally, the order needed instead of Yoda a younger great master that actively participates in the Galaxy affairs, windu like you said, but not having him live hundred of years otherwise your are left with the same problem
3:13 Ok, that would be a Disney movie that I would go to see.
What about the Whiphids? In legends he must have been a couple of thousand years old
Best opening
"Yoda would die from natural causes" Me laughing at him saying that while yoda is laying on crack
The species which could live the oldest were the Gorachs, who could theoretically live forever
You forgot that Hutts can survive off almost anything, including petroleum distillates.
Hutts live off pure no shits given
So the Neti were Star Wars groots??
Your thesis on Humans being the best medium age range is hereby thrown out by: Yoda. "Foolish it is to think, Humans superior are. First, Humanity is not."
Iam having suck out human cerebral
j u i c e
That’s a whole lot of Ketamine Yoda has there...
Why is there cocaine in the thumbnail? You know what I won’t ask
You already did
What about the Rakata they were long lived
Dont microscopic water bears live forever without kicking the little bucket of natural causes? I heard somewhere that some have even survived on the skin of the space shuttles atmospheric re-entry, after a week in the complete vacuum of space. And some of those giant turtles (tortoise?) can live to be over 500 years old.
RIP Yoda, the OG Grandmaster of the Jedi Order
What about the big squish octopus thing that lived next to the gravity well before getting sucked into it?
In my experience those who see others as playthings tend to already exhibit that by the time there adults due to just having a dominant streak without enough experience to temper it or childhood abuse. How they express such behavior changes with age but I dont think age has much to do with the existence of such behavior.
Star Dragons can live up to 2000 years apparently.
i hope those alien tree shapeshifters get enough wooder to live long prosperous lives
Episode idea: Jedi temple layout, detailed video of the levels and training rooms of the temple. 🤓
A'tuin deserves a like!
Great video
When are they going to give Yoda's species a proper name? I would like to see what their home planet is like, what their culture is like, and if all of Yoda's species are so strong in the Force.
Never as Lucas made that something that that books and movies aren't allowed to answer.
What about Maz Kanata and the Pau'ans?
"There w are only 2 of Yoda's species in the Order"
Me in 2020: There is another
What about Maz Kanata????? her species lived to be over 1,000
Yoda's got some moves for an old man! 😅
Yadle sat on the high JedL council
