Looking at the website and the lay of the property lines, this piece of property does not lay well. You have Olga road going thru the middle of the property. Building in the field would not be ideal as you are located in the middle of the field with other property owner(s) owning property on all sides of you. Easement road off of Rocky Rise Loop cuts directly thru the middle of another field.
This tract actually lays very well. Direct river frontage AND a building site total high and dry, nice! Rare that you are able to have such good access on a true riverfront property (especially this close to Springfield).

Even if the river gets high enough to limit access from the west, you can still access the property from the east.
