I used to dig "hull down" positions for Gun Tanks in BAOR in the 1970s/1980s (using a Centurion AVRE fitted with an hydraulic dozer blade) - an experienced driver could complete each position in approx 15 minutes depending on the soil, so we'd usually allow about an hour to prepare positions for an entire tank troop. This is definitely a realistic update for the game.
Developers are hard work and honest people. This game is doing greater each time. It started so strong and now is a titan. Sorry WT...I am not going to give you more money to have a M1...I have since start in GHPC
for information some of those tanks are only avaliable in custom missions like the M60A1 RISE passive '77 which totally got replaced by the one we have in-game by 1985

They really need to focus on the core more than just adding more tanks and vehicles. Lets see stuff like better AI and logistics, an actual campaign system, infantry, etc. We have enough tanks.
they have been working on infantry and the west germens while adding new vehicle's and the instant action mission's serve as a sandbox for stuff that could be added when the expanded campaign every road map feature not released yet has been worked on by diffrent members of the team if you are under the impression that the dev's have been only working on new vehicle's while doing to nothing else that is completely false
Yeah this is a trap 99% of indie developers fall for, usually deliberately, and very few times, unknowingly. They add lots of content instead of actually making the gameplay fun.
It's only a matter of time before GHPC rivals War Thunder in the vehicle combat market. And I know Gaijin must be fuming at the thought of that ever happening. This game only gets better and better every update, maybe War Thunder should take notes instead of milking their fanbase every chance they get.
@@samargrewal929 I know, but I seriously doubt that it will ever be added, as it is their last priority, even when is one of the most requested things by their customers.
@@chiefwolfinx5179 Exactly! There was an old tank sim called Iron warriors: T-72, and it was great because of that! In a lot of single player missions, you have to secure fortified towns with and against infantry. Infantry ambushed you with RPGs and AT guns, and it was a combined arms effort to secure that Towns. Thats what I miss and want to be added in GHPC. Even knowing that infantry is in their roadmap, you cant make a lot with it, if you dont have big towns... Now we have only small groups of houses that aren even a small town... and without any productivity infrastructures as farms or fabrics... It's a very sterile and utopical map....

It's shame you write this. 😂 Now i want centurions and chieftains... 😂
Cool update. I love it. Older less known models getting justice is pretty good to see.

Thank you for making such a concise video on all the new updates for the game. I really appreciate it.

I've been keeping an eye on this game. It's great to see the devs keep adding in good content.
Oh man, attacking trenched units is gonna be scary. I already get my M1 knocked out by a lucky hits from dug-in BMP-1s
It is coming along nicely
Dual Tex M60s? Yes please!
I really hope we get British at a later time, maybe as a DLC with new terrain

Any idea if this is going to come to console? Would definitely invest if it did and would like to get to know the community.
Great update! But I think we need something different, like a new map (the actual one is very boring) or multiplayer to no get bored.
MP is the last thing they will add

If we're being real, a city map with urban warfare would be a very good challenge. As enemy soldiers can easily ambush your tank with RPGs

@renatopachecorodriguez892 I heard there's a DLC coming and I have 2 ideas for it: Battle of Baghdad OR 1960s tank battles.
Hi. Subbed
Always thought I wanted to be a tanker but after seeing the aftermath of the battle....I'll pass
Better than warthunder?
I wonder if the devs will ever introduce the British and other NATO forces to the game.
Nice
Is this game worth to buy? I have enough of wot and wt
Yes. But do keep in mind it is still in development and early access.
@@PhanPhantasy thanks for answer I will try it.
We need multiplayer
Coop
Lots of different tanks is good but I'll wait for a dynamic campaign or something like that. Today the game is completely boring.
Yeah, the new things are nice but they dont add to much to do as they are either just a little harder to use or easier to kill
look at number 8 on the roadmap
I suppose you can ace every mission then, Gen Abrams?
