Hi!! I am almost through watching all your videos and I just wanted to say THANK YOU!!! I know you’re working on more videos slowly but surely, but thus far they have been amazing to use for high-yield reviews. My pance is in 2 weeks and I am feeling (humbly) confident because of your reviews! Just wanted to share that you are really making a difference. Recommended your TH-cam page to many of my friends. Thanks again!!
I strongly dislike MSK and have a hard time memorizing random fractures/dislocations/etc so this collection of mnemonics is super helpful!!! thank you!!!
Just wanted to jump back on the channel to say thanks for providing content that helped me to pass my PANCE. For anyone wanting guidance, know Shapiro's stuff inside and out and use ROSH for what Cram the PANCE has not gotten to. HIPPO is too much. CME Resources is so so. A friend took her PANCE and said the condition was absence seizures but ethosuximide was not an answer. On cue I said "Into the ether it will vanish." She was like......huh? I was like ether=ethosuximade and vanish=vaproic acid. Thank you Shapiro!
Thank you x a million. I picked up my life and moved out of state (all alone) for PA school. It's been brutal. Your videos give me structure and confirm I'm studying the right stuff.
I can't tell you how much I appreciate your videos. I watch them at home or listen to them on Spotify in the car -- explained so well and the mnemonics are great!! Almost everyone in my class listens to your podcast, so so grateful. Thank you!
I truly hate when you apologize. You literally save my ass every exam and have the nerve to apologize. Geesh, I love you!!! Thank you for your time and dedication to this channel
Your videos are amazing including the ones you do on “dirty USMLE”. I have used your videos whether I could not understand the subject at school or for EOR exams. I always played (just listened) your videos in the car while driving to my rotations and they were a big help. I am also using them for passing my PANCE. Thank you again.
Another way for remembering rotation of the leg and hip fracture/dislocation: If the leg is in, the hip is out (internal rotation= hip dislocation) If the leg is out, the hip is in (external rotation = no dislocation, more likely hip fracture). Thank you for carrying us all through pa school! ❤
Another way for memorizing valgus/varus is to change valGUS to valGUM like chewing gum, the M at the end helps you remember MCL and also helps you remember the positioning -- the knees are stuck together by gum. For varus, you just remember it's the other one haha
I love your videos! They are literally amazing and has been helping me tremendously in PA school. I’m in the ortho unit now so this was very helpful. Has anyone ever asked you to do a rheumatology session? I think that would be very helpful especially since osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus etc. can be very confusing to differentiate sometimes
Thank you! I definitely plan on doing a rheumatology video very soon, finishing up the upper extremity now, and then hopefully I'll get started on it shortly after. Thanks again!
Thank you again for all of your great videos! Another good way to know that valgus involves pushes the knee medially is that gum sticks together. Valgus = valgum = gum
I really enjoy your videos!! definitely has helped me get through my didactic year exams :D Hope you can make MSK for spinal disorders one day!! Keep up the good work :)
when you said tibial ter-ber-cle when talking about osgood schlatter dz I laughted out loud. Thank you for the amazing videos! They are helping me prep for my PANCE!
Thanks so much for your videos!! It’s life saving!! Do you think I should just focus on what you covered in this videos since there are so many other conditions for LE MSK?
I know it's you dirty medicine.. Thank you so much for these videos.. These videos are really helpful with my step 2 also.. Savior... MSK is always a big deal in every exam.
Never apologize for mnemonics, you are literally saving lives out here!! THANK YOU!!

@@cramthepance Bless you! Truly, thank you so much!!! ❤️
I like the quizzes you have at the end. Can you do more questions in the future videos if possible? They're very beneficial in reviewing the info.
I’ll see what I can do! Thanks!

Any plans for some EOR exam type videos?
By chance do you have any spine specific videos?
Not yet, although it is in the plans. I do go over that topic briefly in the 50 high yield MSK questions though.
Thanks. Really good.
Thank you!
Thank you.
No worries!
