Oh my god you’re amazing, please please please post part 2 when you can, my whole PA cohort loves your videos and we are on this unit now. You rock and we all love you.
Just passed my Emergency Medicine EOR yesterday! There was a question about gout treatment where the patient has history of kidney disease. Recalled the avoidance of NSAIDs thanks to you! Also, on my rotation, we had a potential new gout. He did not want to do aspiration, but did serum uric acid level which came back normal. Imaging was normal, but he wanted to give her antiinflammatory anyway. He agreed to do indomethacin. Interesting to hear your take after this experience.
Wow what a great dude! Love these videos --- my game plan has been highlighting each section on the PANCE Prep Pearls book --> testing that knowledge with ROSH Review questions (going one body system at a time) and highlighting the relevant ROSH information on the computer --> then going back to my book and playing the corresponding CRAM the PANCE a 2.5x speed for each section again. I love the "how I used to remember it in school" tips because it really helps concrete my knowledge and create connections between differing characteristics. Lastly, I have been playing the 50q recap questions during my "down time" (lol) and trying to answer the questions out loud. I really love the short explanation after a question as well. The day before my exam, I plan on listening to the questions again and breezing through my Pearls book looking at your pneumonics. Great stuff, thank you!
So stoked that you're back. I've been anxiously watching for you to drop another episode. This has been one of the most helpful tools I've found to help me through PA school!
You are an amazing educator! It is so helpful how you present the information, review it before you present another topic and then test understanding! Thanks for your phenomenal efforts to help educate health care provider students! Your work is the best!
Hi! I am currently a PA student in my first year. Your podcasts & TH-cam videos are SO helpful! I would greatly appreciate additional content on Infectious Disease, Respiratory, ENT, Neuro, & Orthopedic topics. Thank you for taking time to prepare these podcasts & videos! As you know, PA school can be quite overwhelming, so the mnemonics & stories really help!
really appreciate the effort you put into these videos. Im a st. lucian studying medicine in jamaica and listen to these video on the drive to school and they are so helpful. Just wanted to say thanks bro
Thanks for all of your videos!! I am a new graduate NP and starting to study for my Boards. So the NPs thank you too!!! I love how you explain things which helps me understand as well as remember better. Appreciate you.

Thank you for the great video!! I have our ortho rheum final on Monday and this helps a lot! They asked us about Osgood squatter d'knees and NEVER taught it to us but I still got the question right because of you! Haha! Keep up the good work.

Top 5 in rheumatology, GCA, while PMR referrals are rarely even accepted by rheumatologists. My GP expected me to be off steroids in six weeks and refuses to diagnose PMR or prescribe steroids. Got a new doctor.
Thank you as always! I literally schedule in watching your videos as part of my didactic year studying. My whole class loves you! From University of St. Joseph in Connecticut :)
reviewing for my final now, but having a flashback to my exam where the most common SE of Colchicine was asked. I could literally hear your voice saying "Diarrhea precedes improvement!"
always appreciate your videos SO much!! Super helpful. One idea - if it's not too hard, could you add those "chapter" marks to your videos? That would be extra nice :)
Thank you! Some of them have automatic chapter marks TH-cam adds. I definitely need to add it to the remainder of the videos though as some do not have it.
your videos are soo helpful! My PANCE is on Wednesday, do you think you could do part 2 by then possibly? Would also love to see content on reproductive health from you as well!
