- It's amazing how things come together and one Saturday in the shop hanging out with Kevin we get the Dana Ultimate 60 axles installed, along with the Spicer driveshafts! We aren't done yet, in the next week we do some major fabrication to the frame!

You may want to get an extra set of the warn hubs,I ran the 35 spline hubs on my 60 and they were the weak point,are you staying with 5.13?
Beastly upgrades. How much does all that change your turning radius and clearance?

What ratio gears came in the Dana 60?
So how long till you blow the motor and get the LS swap going?
The original upgraded axles couldn’t even handle the weight of the Gladiator, so I hope these new axles can handle not only the weight of the Gladiator but also the minuscule maximum payload rating of Phil’s new build???

You going have four wheel steer you said that axle in the crate is the one to replace the front one but that is a rear axle??? I guess they aren’t building you the camper bed I was hoping to see that build!!

For the record, that is a $17,000 upgrade to use those axles .......so crazy, what happened to buying axles in junkyards?

With installation that is well over $20k. Now with all these components installed that jeep is close to run out of payload capacity. And that thing now needs engine upgrades to go out of it's own way... I lowe the series but...

This Glad is starting to look pretty scary. Those tires are nothing to shake a stick at.
Also, Phil's mullet is pretty sweet. We have not seen such sweetness levels in a mullet since David Coverdale was married to Tawny Kitaen. Phil's ride and hair are so boss, he is becoming the personification of that Deep Purple "Highway Star" song. Now all he needs is a lovely lass on his arm, and he will be the full, evolved Highway Star, IRL.

I’d say this pretty much ends carrying a camper, sweet rig but not meant to carry a camper. Those new axles had to knock atleast a few hundred lbs off an already really low payload stock.
Phil, check out Vivid Racing in Gilbert. They do a lot of Magnuson supercharger installs and tunes for the 3.6 Pentastar. They have videos here on Jeep installs.
