Nov 10, 2024: Explore.org Mixed Species Flying Fox Cam - Tyrant Tossed

This explore.org live camera is located at the Lubee Bat Conservancy in Gainesville, Florida, USA.
Tyrant the Little Golden Mantled Flying Fox is very feisty. In this video the smaller bat Tyrant appears to be grabbed by the larger Variable Bat, and tossed to the ground which is soft dirt and grass. I have included a slowed down version, as well as Tyrant in the background climbing back up on the exterior fence of the pen. He seems to struggle but later when he appears on the Explore.org camera he's uninjured and moving around perfectly fine.
