Sunny, thank you. I'm on the autism spectrum and I have two flagship courses I've taught corporate clients live for years, but the whole 'launch' model made me think I couldn't build an online B2C business as I knew I would find the entire experience utterly overwhelming. (I have two books written but not yet published for pretty much the same reason.) Simplicity is beautiful-and doable. Kudos! And thx again.
This is exactly the channel I need. I am almost finished making my course and using Kajabi as the platform. Your content is so good that I plan on signing up for a coaching call. thanks!
Hey Sunny thanks so much for the this video! I have been following you fora while and saving up to take your course! I should be there by Feb.22!!!! This video was so well done... the graphics, the delivery and the simple to understand wording was not only informative but very educational. Thanks so much!
Thanks so much Sunny. Per your question, a few of my clients pain points are.. (1) overworked/overwhelmed (2) can't seem to shift out of mediocrity to excellence (3) physically, mentally &/or emotionally burdened
Thanks for the reminder about having a TH-cam (or any other SM) as a business owner. Metrics don't really mean as much so long as the right people see your content, and you can build their trust in you. So many of my posts and videos don't get a lot of interaction, but then I will get a private message from someone who mentions seeing it and has some questions or wants to see if I can help them. Darn vanity metrics just get to my head sometimes!!
Thanks, Sunny! This is exactly what I needed. I was actually just thinking about how launches are burning me out & I wanna go evergreen. It seems like a way more balanced & sustainable approach. 💚
I totally get it-being in front of the camera can feel nerve-wracking! Just remember, the more you practice, the more natural it will feel. Start small, focus on delivering value, and over time, your confidence will grow. You’ve got this! 😊📹
I believe the evergreen is more suitable to founders who also seek "peace of mind" along their entrepreneurial journey. If you already have an audience either model works, but if you don't a launch is beneficial and then evergreen.
8:00 (ish) The fluff and filler part is 100% the key. Brings to mind a TH-camr that understood the principle of long-form content to attention, in relation to intention, and vaguely expressed it during one of his livestreams. At the time I didn't have the clarity on the concept as Sunny projected in this video, but his approach to it was to add a bunch of fluff and fillers. (And as I type that more TH-camrs that I've drifted away from for the same reason comes to mind. LOL) Even though I had the intention to learn from what he was teaching and to apply it as best as I could, all the fluff just ended up unnecessarily irritating me. As a result, I ended up shifting away from his content once I became more self sufficient and found better sources for what I needed without so much fluff. Also plays a role in why I never held the interest to explore their paid content. I keep these things in mind when I'm creating content for my channel and other platforms.
I don't make those types of videos because those are personal choices that each business owner should make for themselves based on what their needs are, their budget, their lifestyle and how they're designing their business to support that, etc.
It's true that the launch model is incredibly stressful & tiring - but the cohort model is undeniably powerful. "We start together, we overcome challenges together, we graduate together". There's such camaraderie & support within the group. With the style of our program, I have a difficult time wrapping my head around how the evergreen model would be as effective from a community-value perspective. Would love to hear your perspective on that!
Having done both, we find evergreen to be much more powerful for a lot of reasons. One is that is creates an unbeatable built in mentorship and sense of community inside of our program, the folks who have been in the program for a while love to support our new members. Also, because it's evergreen, there's never too much pressure or stress on the community, fulfillment or founder - it's a steady, sustainable and super supportive environment for that reason. If you have more questions, I highly encourage you to fill out an application, my team is happy to chat through any additional questions. You can go to sunnylenarduzzi.com/apply
Get content as always! Would love to see you do a video on Sales calls, ie; the pros and cons of booking a call to complete the sale of an offer vs just sending people to a checkout page? My understanding is sales calls can work much better for higher ticket offers, however the idea of being on the phone all day trying to close potential clients sounds very unappealing to me, as does hiring and managing a sales team. It sounds like you use sales calls to sell you own course, wondering if you recommend the same with your students. In my mind selling a course truly on autopilot would mean no sales calls? Any insight would be much appreciated!
Yes, I advise my clients to do sales calls and we have a whole coaching strategy inside of our Authority Accelerator program. On autopilot means that you're not constantly chasing leads. Instead, you're attracting the exact right person for your person who has been searching for the solution you provide so, doing sales calls is actually really fun because you're just having sincere conversations with people who are looking for what you provide. And you don't have to "be on the phone all day" - how many calls you take depends on what your revenue goals are
Thanks, Sunny. It's a great video. By the way, I have one question. So customers can join the support call in lifetime. And the course creator has to always be available all the customer's question every week. Even though they bought the course long time ago?
Great video as always - but if ppl are getting access to me on a biweekly basis then do you always price your evergreen courses as a monthly membership - otherwise they would pay once and have lifetime access to me / this is where I get stuck 💧💗💗💧
I've never run a membership and never plan to. My clients get access to biweekly calls with me and my team for the lifetime of the program and a single investment because I'm always going to be focused on relationship-building and transforming people's lives over money. That is the main reason that my program is application-only and we turn down more people than we invite in.

That's awesome Darrell!!
Thank you sunny, "broad equals broke." Its such a true statement. Along with unsatisfied and not in your true purpose.
YES! So glad those landed for you!
True. Even putting so much content at different platforms wasting time and energy but very little convert to sales.
This video open my eyes like none of other video about creating a course i watch before. Amazing
I'm so happy it helped you!

Everyone has their own preference for sure, I have never wanted to do anything buy evergreen once I realized how simple and effective it is
Thanks Sunny....membership model or one time course sale model or multi-week coaching program?
I’m new to the channel.
Thank you for sharing this

Thank you so much!!!!
Very nice and informative
Can you make a video on which you prefer teachable or thinkific or something else ?

i wonder how do you deal with unhappy costumers when you are selling courses, i mean if they ask for their money back and stuff...

Yes. Exactly. We have more than 3,000 clients in our program who all have access to the weekly calls and our calls never go over two hours.

Do you think that to have 6 figures launches we need press coverage? What has been your experience?
I don't recommend press releases or launches
