I made these yesterday and they are marvellous, I added a little desiccated coconut to the mix and cashews as I had no flaxseeds or sesame. Thank you for the recipe and for sharing
😃Thnx a lot for sharing will make it tomorrow after buying all that stuff; but no honey in the oven or pan, never heat the honey! I will just add, dates or raisins to sweeten them, Mexican fake grand ma in Germany, big hug 🤗🥰👍
I was looking for something healthy and delicious and I found out This recipe 😊 I’ll make it!!!! I’m from Brazil, but living in Rishon Leziyyon- Israel 🇮🇱!😂🎉
As I shown I didn't roast it,but you can do that too but only lite one and don't over roast. Thanks for asking and tell me how's going if taste good and if you like .Goodluck and have a nice day!
Did the recipe as u stated I cooked them like u said but they where soft recooked them again still soft I’m cooking them again at 200 for 17 mins we will see
As i show in a video i did not cook them, you can optional slightly fry for 2-3 minutes only the seeds the rest are not. I baked them gather all the ingredients add the egg white and honey and bake it.
Do these only last for 2 days?? Do you store on counter or in refrigerator? They are delicious but must be careful not to make too big! I ate too much and had belly ache
I store in jar with lid. If you want keep longer don't add a white egg just honey and will keep for a week or months I have other recipe without egg added I must still crunchy and delicious. Sorry for what happened to your stomache.Have a look my other video which only a nuts and honey .
@@MitchCuisine Another question for you, would there be any reason that I could NOT premix the nut/seed mixture and keep in glass jar in cupboard so that I can make small batches quickly, periodically? Thanks for your guidance!

I'll upload on March 16,2024 .Would be great if you do this first let it cool down completely so it won't be break apart then store for a week or month and still crunchy. Try out this ! Then by next time you can combine any kind of nuts mixture and add honey .Just have a look my recipe and don't add any white egg...Feel free to write if you still have any question and happy to answer u back..Have a nice day
I followed rhe recipe exactly, however even after baking twice they remained soggy. Wouldn't turn crispy like biscuits, rather like loosely glued together ingredients that broke apart whenever someone tried to pick it up. Any solution to that?
Hi there sorry to heard that..You should intact together while making shape and the most please don't ever ever touch while it's warm you should rest till completely cool down ..That what I've doing and never fell apart .
Those look good. My problem is "I don't eat sugar". Honey and fruit are sugar. Nuts are high in fat. Most health conscious people are anti sugar and anti fat. That is all this is. My guess is a serious sugar spike. The fiber and fat will help modulate the spike, but still. Do some research. Define healthy. If you are starving a Big Mac is pretty healthy. I'm no nutritionist but I also don't buy all the snake oil. I'm going to make these but also eat some ham and cheese to help ramp the sugar spike.
Fructose in fruit is easier digested in our bodies than sugar and is in proportion to other nutrients. Nuts are good for you. When you take out all the rubbish out of your diet, the small amounts in whole food are good. 1/2 cup of bottled fruit juice has 3 teaspoons of sugar! Which is best? Natural sugar fructose or processed white cane sugar?
I make the same thing, adding ingredients by eye, one egg white and 1 tbs of honey. And they always stick, so maybe just try again, mix them well and try to press it all together when in the pan
This my second batch. Love them and so good for the Zoe diet.

I’m from Brazil, but living in Rishon Leziyyon- Israel 🇮🇱!😂🎉
Pls share a cookie recipe with nuts n honey only. Without egg white
Pls check my TikTok I post a video there without egg white
I just made mine and they are cooling. How do you store them in the fridge or pantry thanks
Let it cool down completely and don't touch out in oven otherwise will break apart just store in box or jar with lid in cool temperature not in fridge
Give a grind to the flax before adfing. It releases the nutrients that will othwrwise "pass right on out " of you.
This looks great! I plan to try them this weekend. What size is the cookie cutter?
Hi there thanks for watching the size of cookie cutter 7-8cm and good luck
How do you store them and for how long?
Store in cool place cover with lid till 1-2 weeks
Gonna try it for sure.... how long can I store it?... should it be in fridge or outside in room temperature?
3-5 days or more as long cover with lid outside not in a fridge
Any egg replacement
Only the white egg
can I not add the dried apricots?
Yes of course add or not
Egg white substitute?
Egg white and honey
How long will these store? Thanks for the recipe.
Store in sealed container maximum 2 days. The rest will not crispy anymore as I noticed mine.
Wow! Only 2 days!!! Thanks for the response. I appreciate it.
Egg ka replacement kya h ? Please reply 🙏
I'll add white egg on it.
Chicago, Illinois
Hi there greetings back
@@MitchCuisine 👋🏼
Hello, did you use raw nuts or already roasted ones as the ingredients?
Hi there all are raw nuts
@MitchCuisine thank you so much for the recipe, greetings from Stockholm
Are the pumpkin seeds and almonds roasted or raw when added to the mixture? Thx
As I shown I didn't roast it,but you can do that too but only lite one and don't over roast. Thanks for asking and tell me how's going if taste good and if you like .Goodluck and have a nice day!
It's all raw added to the mixture
You will get healthy benefit of flaxseeds only if you grind it otherwise its of no use
150 Fahrenheit or Celsius?
150 degree celcius- or 300 Fahrenheit

@@MitchCuisine I wonder if you can use a flax egg in place of the egg white. I may try it..
I have diabetes. I cannot eat honey. If I only use egg, will it bind?
Might not because honey will stick bind together

Honey is sugar and there is sugar in apricots as well. Incorrect to state that you don’t eat sugar!
There are all kinds of sugars. Anytime I can eliminate processed sugar, I’m thankful! 🍪😅
compete fail. never stuck together.
I make the same thing, adding ingredients by eye, one egg white and 1 tbs of honey. And they always stick, so maybe just try again, mix them well and try to press it all together when in the pan
Pls don't touch when u off from oven completely cool off and will be fine
Apricots and honey are sugar. And nuts and legumes are full of antinutrients.
