If you want to feel purpose in your life work towards a tangible goal and try to make a little bit of progress every day. Whether it's accumulating financial wealth, building relationships, raising a kid, improving your athletic abilities, etc. Just do a little bit every day to work towards your goal.
My whole life in one question. But the answer that worked for me is to decide to take one small step in a direction. Then take another and another...before you know it the task or goal is complete.
I’m sure we all go through it. I think (for me at least) to get out of that is just make small changes. Go out for a walk. Schedule a phone call with a friend. Make plans to volunteer somewhere. Go check out a new cafe or read. And next thing you know, 5 small changes have totally changed your weekly routine
To be fair, maybe now isn't the time to make radical changes. HOWEVER, as an old, please live radically, and with wild abandon trying all kinds of things in your off hours! Go sky diving, volunteer at the zoo, take an art class, visit Switzerland, ask the person out, get a dog, love yourself! ❤❤❤
damn this has been me for the past 10 years lmao
Yep pretty much two entire generations!

I am making a video game. It's because that's what I wake up at night about.
I find myself in this thought loop of jumping to the past regrets and back to the future thinking ill never make any better decisions.
Been there before. I might discuss this in a future video!
