I 80% agree with this statement. Derrick isn't the issue, not having a second guitar on Max songs is just sacrilegious. I have saw Sepultura the first time during the Chaos AD tour and those songs are just thinner. It's like the second guitarist's amp went offline. The Derrick era songs are just fine, because they were made for a single guitar. The 80% is 20% Singer, 20% Guitar, 20% Bass, 20% Drums. Add the second guitar, that would make it 100% ;-) That being said, wife and I have tickets for Thursday in Atlanta and the last time we saw them was in Bratslava, Slovakia 2 years ago. Still a killer show.

Absolutely brilliant. I’m seeing sepultura in London later this year, can’t wait. I saw Soulfly this year In London as well, they were incredible. I love both original sepultura, new sepultura and Soulfly. The first two cavalera conspiracy albums were awesome as well. Love to all sepultura fans 🤘. Thanks for the video.

How can a band operates with only one guitar (beside the bass) ? If that guitar decides to do the rhythm, we will miss the lead, and vice versa, it's so ridiculous, why don't they bring some one else since Derrick can't play ?
