My own lore for Regimind.
There was a regi with a psychic ball that could predict its future. The Regi liked it so much that it decided to try and steal it. The psychic ball then blasted off into the air while regi was holding on to it. Meanwhile, A man made a fusion machine and wanted to put a lion in there so he could become the jungle king. Then the Regi and the psychic ball landed in the 2 fusion slots, And while this was happening the man suddenly lost his balance and fell on the activate button. Then the Regi and the psychic ball got fused together to become Regimind.
Regiflex is just the colossal titan. You cannot convince me otherwise.

Three of them it's just Regi and then their type, and Gigas has nothing to do with the normal type.
I think they chose rock, ice, and steel because they are in the solid state of matter. Plus they and Regigigas share a common weakness to fighting.

Regisky: Epic, I’ve always liked flying titans
Regihive: Holy crap, this one looks awesome. Wish this was real.
Regiflame: Neat.
Regiaqua: Freaking amazing. This is my favorite one.
Regilectric: Not bad, but I’m glad we got Regieleki instead.
Regitox: Pretty good. Does indeed look toxic.
Regighost: I love the skeletal design. He should be named something better though, like Regiphantom.
Regiground: I like it. Also needs a better name, maybe Regiearth or Regicrust.
Regiroot: Very cool, I can imagine seeing this in a forest.
