Better to look up gus kenworthy's trick tip for cork 7, this form might work for some people but I found it much easier to land upright by dropping my left shoulder and putting shin pressure on the front of my boots, which gus kenworthy said in his video. this guys corks look good but I found it unhelpful that he emphasized popping up and focusing on bringing your back back
This guy was still saying drop the left shoulder and he always says to have your weight on your shins when popping. A problem that this guy had when learning corks is that he would drop his left shoulder back and having his right shoulder follow down and it was not as comfortable. This is the reason that he emphasized the back being back. It makes the spin much more comfortable and flowy. Hope this helps! :)
