I think switch 3s are easier than 5s personally, and learned them first. Being able to spot your landing for basically the whole rotation is what makes them easier.
GREAT video man!!! i personally prefer more carved hits. gives me a more torqued wind up I feel. and the spin kind of come naturally. less throwing of arms, i do have bad shoulders though so i had to find a work around id go to throw and my shoulder would pop out on the lip... not fun!!! a lot of people don't talk about speed though. huge factor when hitting jumps and getting used to the Specific jumps you are hitting, and how they throw/pop you.
Quick update: landed my first 540 on my second lap of the day after doing a bunch of speed checks, got my 5’s down during the day and landed my first 720 on my last lap, thanks again!
Anyone else watch this video annually to hype themselves up and try to send bigger and better spins?

The strait and carving were switched
noticed that too
If I can do 360s, should I try 540s or switch 360s first?
I think 540 are easier, especially if your not that comfortable jumping switch like me.
Otto Summanen ^^^^^
540 switch threes are very hard

So cool. I’ve learned so much from using my trampoline skis and watching your videos. Thank you.
This improved my confidence thank you

Unreal video, can’t wait to try some 5s and possibly 7s tomorrow!

Hey Ski Addiction! Please make a misty 360/540 video!!
Perfect!
Misty 360s are just a shit front flip
I did a 720 on the bigjumps in levi at the southpark
JMWold me too levi is a great place
When I am spinning I look down any tips to look up
When I notice that I start doing that I try to touch my chin to my shoulder
Look up
i can mute 3 and sort of cork 3 but every time i spin a 5 i end up sideways.
Hey guys! So i can do 3's super comfy but i sent a 5 and I landed a very bad 3, is jump not big enough? Idk how to approach first time throwing
Have you tried pulling in your arms to increase your rotation?
I tried my first 7 yesterday and I was focused on the rotation instead of the pop and I went of axis and crashed
Fantastic video
Very nice
good video, thanks
Nice tutorial!
Nice))
You don't need a large jump
well not to learn but to get enough hang time to perform a decent trick yes you do...
I've only ever gotten clean 5s on bigger jumps. I think it does help that you don't have to "huck" as much.
@@fafafafafaafafafaafaffafaa4530 Yeah I know. I wrote this a long time ago when I first landed a 540 and felt like I needed to put in my own input.
i tried 360 and broke my wrist
Mitä vittua mitä vittua mitä vittua
