Why does it have to be the infamous 10mm

This is the best video showing how to get headlight housing out for bulb replacement. Probably the easiest method also. Just three 10mm bolts. Other videos have you remove the Torx screw and they don't tell you any sizes like T-15 Torx and 10mm.
I am just replacing the headlight bulb 💡 and needed info on removal.
