Rejection sensitivity flares up intensely during and after job interviews, especially since : A-there is the real possibility of being rejected for so many reasons; B- you will probably never find out exactly why you were rejected; and C- you may have been told countless times that there is something Wrong with you that puts everyone off, so you assume that the interviewer will dislike you.

I would add that Job interview is Situational anxiety - and all people will feel RSD in that situation.
Of course people with RSD have turned volume even more and we feel rejection even more and more deeply.
This happens due to our repressed emotions - such as anger.
Also ACE and AcoA play crucial role in RSD. Where we end up with false and toxic ideas that we must enter into Rat Race, keeping image so that other people approve us with our presentation - buying things we do not need to impress people who wouldn't care if we are gone forever tomorrow. and seek their admiration. Trauma needs to be healed here and to quit Rat Race.

Could you do a video that addresses much younger children like early elementary to navigate rejections ("i dont want you at my party" kind of things) and refusals?
