Two major monsoon seasons there. (Monsoons: winds) The south west monsoon, which brings in moisture from the India Ocean, the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand. This is their Rainy Season, which runs from about May to October. Then there is the North East Monsoon the rest of the year, which brings sunnier Dry Season, especially in January and February. The craziest hardest torrential downpours I ever witnessed were in Thailand and Cambodia. Amazing.
