Carnival 2nd & 3rd Row Seats

You’ll find the new Carnival is all about comfort and versatility. In this video we’ll be going over several key features of the vehicle. It is outfitted with convenient features like second and third-row seats that offer easy access and additional cargo space, as well as a “relaxation mode” when equipped with the premium second-row VIP lounge style seats.
In this video, we’ll cover how to:
 Fold the standard second-row seat flat.
 Tilt and slide forward the second-row seats for third-row seat access.
 Remove the standard second-row seats.
 Reinstall the second-row seats.
 Fold and stow the third-row seats into the floor.
And Finally,
 Operate the second-row VIP seats in select models.
The standard second-row outboard seats fold flat as well as tilt and slide forward to provide easy access to the third-row seats.
To fold flat, start by pulling this first lever on the side of the seatback to fold the seatback flat. Use the lever again to unfold the seatback.
To tilt and slide the seat, pull this lever to release the seatback…
Then pull the seat to slide it to its most forward position.
Passengers can now get into the third-row seats with ease.
After the third-row passengers are in place, slide the second-row seat backwards, unfold the seatback into place, and be sure the second-row seat is secure and locked in place.
Now, we’ll cover how to remove the standard outboard second-row seats:
First, remove the second-row seat headrest by pulling it up… then press on the headrest release button while continuing to pull upward.
Now, pull up on the first lever on the side of the seat to fold the seatback forward.
To ensure clearance of the front seat, make sure the 2nd row seat is in the middle position. At the rear of the seat, reach around and squeeze the bar, and lift up on the seat and tumble it all the way forward
Now, the seat may be removed
The 2nd row center seat may also be removed
Start by pulling up on this strap to fold the seatback.
Then in order to clear the center console, slide the seat by pulling on this strap at the back of the seat.
Now, pull up on the bottom strap…
And remove the seat.
The center seat and standard outboard second-row seats are both installed in the same way. To reinstall a seat, make sure the front seat is all the way forward…
Align and engage the second-row seat hooks on the front rail slots…
Push the seat down to lock it into place.
Make sure the green indicator is showing, which confirms the seat is locked in place.
Then, raise the seatback into position…
And replace the headrest and adjust it to the appropriate height.
The center seat is reinstalled the same way as the outboard second-row seats.
Now, we’ll cover how to fold and stow the third-row seats:
From the rear, start by lowering the headrests to their lowest position by pressing the release button recessed in the seat back.
Next, pull the large handle in the middle of the seat… making sure the seat comes all the way back and the seatback folds forward.
Now, press down on the seat so it fits into the cargo area seat well.
Then repeat the process on the other side of the third-row seats.
To raise the third-row seats, start by pulling up on the same handle…
And lock the seat into place.
Then, pull back on the strap to unfold the seatback. Use your other hand to adjust the seatback, then release the strap.
Check to make sure the seat and seatback are locked in place…
Then adjust the headrests to the appropriate height.
It’s that easy and that quick.
