I’d say the only explanation is the whole situation with Olivia Rodrigo and Sabrina's unnecessary clap back. She shaded Olivia for a drivers license when she had nothing but good things to say about her. That’s at least what gives me the ick 🤷🏾♀️

The song isn’t even about her but the part that was about her said she had everything Olivia was insecure about (aka she’s practically flawless in her eyes) Olivia was never obligated to speak on the situation publicly. You never know they could’ve resolved the issue in private. Sabrina could’ve made a song about how the media likes to attack people. She instead decided to be petty when it wasn’t necessary to.
@@KaiKailuv I wish ppl realized that calling someone else the reason ur insecure of yourself is not a compliment. And Sab's song said nothing bad about Liv. The song only defends her relationship which ppl were ripping to shreds and Skin has lyrics tht r actually nice towards liv... about how she thinks they could've been friends, how it will get better for the other person and how she hopes one day they could all just laugh about it. The song is a response to both the public and the situation tht caused it and the parts tht were to liv said nothing bad. On the same day the song was realized, she clarified tht it wasn't a diss track, called DL magnificent AND asked her fans to not send hate to anyone despite the fact tht no one ever did tht for her. She did everything right, if ppl still find a reason to dislike her then they r just projecting and looking for a reason to hate.

It's probably because of the multiple accounts of Jlo treating people low-key like 💩. Totally understandable if you listen to them.

Personally just from following Joey King, I get the sense that she is someone who, even though she doesn't post too frequently on social media, when she does post it is loaded with her personality and I find that people with personality similar to hers can be regarded as 'cringe', 'weird' perhaps even "trying to be quirky" (e.g Liza Koshy)
I THOROUGHLY enjoy her personality and love Joey King... but I get it

I was actually surprised by Joey King being named here. I've liked her since Ramona and Beezus and never thought people might think of her as «icky». But we can all feel differently about others, so I get it.
The kissing booth was a lil funky but as a kid when watching her I found her fine so I’d say I’m in the middle

@@brooklyndoherty514 he recently just had a controversy where he talked major bad stuff about his ex, lili, on a couple podcasts and he was just giving smugness and just like smoked 4 cigarettes throughout one of the podcasts. like he said something that alluded to lili cheating on him when it’s like been very speculated way before that he cheated on her multiple times. so that’s probably the icky part that the commenter is talking about.
But I think for him it wouldn't be the ick, because it's not inexplicable, there are plenty of good reasons to view him as dislikeable

I actually couldn’t agree more with most of these, except Sabrina. I guess cause I literally love her so much and she’s my favorite pop singer so I could be biased. But I was shocked to even see her on this list. I mean I get it for her earlier acting career but I feel like that isn’t rly her fault cause any one on Disney is gonna have bad material, (im sure Ryan could relate lol) so I guess I kind of get it even tho she is my favorite pop artist, but Sam also did put Harry in I get it. I've been following both Sabrina and Olivia for years, the thing is the only reason some people have an ick for Sabrina is the drama with Olivia. There's so much of that drama and i personally hates it. I don't have an ick for Sabrina but i do from oliva i can't explain it and yes i think the drama influenced it but like i loved her on Disney 😭

Okay but if Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber aren't in part 3 I will be shocked. I think as a couple they give me the ick and as individuals they give me even more ick. The way they treat each other in public, listening to them talk in interviews, even the docu series. And post all the SG drama, they're just icky. Not to mention the weird churches they've been too. Idk. I just can't look anymore.
It's funny, first time I saw Michael Bublé in an interview I was shocked at how charming and witty he was, love his whole vibe!
I think Sabrina Carpenter might be giving people the ick because of the drama with Olivia Rodrigo. I'm personally neutral about Sabrina (in a "I really don't care about the fact that she exists lol"), but Olivia though is one of those people who gives me the ick for no discernable reason. Please don't come after me - I really can't explain it (okay, that performance with Billy Joel was pretty cringey though).
I will always feel a bit icky about olivia because she did not say anything to the "fans" that were sending josh and sabrina loads of hate. Like no she didn't technically have to do anything, but I think it's common for people to tell their fans to chill and the fact that she didn't will always make me feel slightly icky
I agree! I feel the ick with Olivia mostly for no reason but also because she didn’t help Josh and Sabrina when they were sent threats and hated on. Doesn’t mean that I don’t still care about her and wish her well, but just something that’s lingered in my mind since the whole thing. Josh has even come out and said that he forgives her
I personally don’t feel the ick with either of them but I can see where both sides are coming from. I think that people having the ick for Sabrina because of the whole triangle is kinda unfair because in my opinion she didn’t do anything wrong in the situation but I do get it.
I 100% turn the station when Olivia is on the radio because of how she handled her fans sending death threats to Sabrina and Joshua. Dont want to even have the chance to like her music.

For me, the ick with Sabrina is actually more ick from gross guys. And I get she’s 23 now, but even before that, she just looks SO little and young for her age, and she was dressing super sexy (and looking BOMB!) but I heard and saw so many guys on the internet talking about how she looks like a Bratz doll. I think one of the worst terms I read was “jailbate.” That’s not Sabrina’s fault at all, but Reddit is a whole thing and there’s so many people there saying she gives them the ick now. It’s fucked up, really.

personally, i (who has Romani family members) have seen the g word used to describe non-Roma travellers, a lot. by that, i mean people who have no one specific home, and hop from one place to another (a wanderer). for example, the MCU's Wanda Maximoff, the character she was using the word for, is a traveller. there are also so many shows on TV with the g word in their titles, to describe plain old (non-Roma) travellers. i think context is really important, especially with a word that has different meanings, (including a person's name). Elizabeth meant absolutely no harm, but you absolutely don't have to forgive her. just thought i'd give you some context ◡̈

I AM SUCHHHHH A BIG FAN OF SAB. I’ve listened to her music since Cant blame a girl for trying. And she’s been my favourite ever since. But I would agree to I get it. I love her music so much and I love her interviews and personality too! But sometimes, just a very few times when I see her posts or TikToks I got an icky feeling. I wonder if she’s drunk and dk what she’s doing. Im worried about her. It’s like seeing your sister being drunk, you will cringe but it doesn’t mean you don’t love her. I don’t necessarily think it’s all about the Olivia and Joshua drama, but that definitely does gives people who never knew Sabrina before an ick. Tbh Joshua gives me the ick too. But I don’t know him so I won’t comment much on it. But there’s definitely an ick.

I fully agree with Ryan’s statement on Joey King. Ick in every single role until Bullet Train where I never had a sliver and I looked back and think it is 100% the roles she plays.
SAME absolutely loved her in Bullet Train, otherwise she's kinda boring in interviews & plays weird roles but i think my ick about her is her facial features, true unexplainable i kinda feel bad about having the ick hahaha

I’m with Ryan on Joey King - it’s a lot of her roles that make me cringe but she was really good in Radium Girls and i didn’t find that one cringey or ick at all.
I am so sad lol! I love this video idea, and want part 4, 5, 6, .....etc lol! You guys should ask another poll about specific things like, "actors who give you the ick", or "singers that give you the ick", so on and so forth. Then you can keep adding them to this tier list you've already created, using a different criteria for each video, and make the "Ultimate Ick List". Great video guys! :)

I believe she did music pre Disney and definitely during Disney since she sang the GMW theme and did other Disney folk projects. She doesn’t ick me out and I can see why folks don’t care for her work but I do think music has always been a huge part of her career since the beginning. I agree 100% most of this stems from the triangle with Olivia and Josh.

Gotta say, glad some out there gets the ick from Sabrina Carpenter. Don’t know why, just felt it from the first episode of girl meets world, which was part of the reason I didn’t watch it. Never even listened Olivia Rodrigo’s songs by choice, so it was never that influence.

You know it's funny because I'm kind of the way with James Corden and Ryan is with Toby. I know that there's a lot of things going on with him and it's not like he's my favourite person ever. But I do generally tolerate and often like his work. His singing definitely isn't amazing but it's not like it's bad and I don't mind seeing him pop up here and there.

So about Jack Harlow…..
I live about 10 minutes from Louisville. The reason why he gives a lot of people the ick is because he pretends to be something he’s not. He was raised in the rich part of Louisville, went to a private school, and makes everyone think he knows what the struggle is like when he’s lived a cushy life his ENTIRE life. Plus the controversy of him talking an album picture on his Instagram in the rich part of Louisville and staging it like it’s the hood is just gross.
Gavin Casalengno gives me a MAJOR ick. Man is a walking ick for me personally, I cannot explain why tho.
