I carry the TRP Operator as a CWP weapon daily without any issues and I have now for almost 15 years. IF you have the Right HOLSTER Rig you will not NOTICE the weight of the Weapon that you carry! Depending on what I am wearing and doing the TRP goes into a Hip holster or a shoulder rig. A use Galco Combat Master holster with 2 double mag holsters on the opposite side and Custom made Shoulder rig that has 3 mags plus a Cold Steel Master Tanto on the Opposite to the pistol to balance the weight! The Right Belt is a MUST so I use either Leather Belt that has a Metal or Kydex as the Stiffener!
They're real decent. I had a stainless TRP. Then i found all the MIM parts especially the fire control parts like the sear and hammer. MiM for the grip safety is fine but not the small fire control parts. Especially for $1,800. Sold it to finance my 2nd Les Baer.
I have the 9mm range officer elite operator and it is ridiculously accurate. 25 yards and closer, it's an absolute tack driver and the trigger is amazing. I will be buying one in 45 acp the next chance I get, Springfield 1911s are works of art in my opinion
