Checkpoint: I've just finished a run and I'm sat in my back garden on the South coast of England. The Sun is shining so brightly, it's lovely and hot and there's not a cloud in the sky. My dog's loafing around on the grass and three very special seeds have just sprouted ;) and are angling themselves towards the Sun; they're loving it too. An even more special seed will be sprouting in 9 days time; my first child, a son. My wife is sat inside crafting some knitted pieces for his nursery. She had a tumour removed from by her womb a couple of years ago, and we sadly suffered 3 miscarriages on our journey here, but we're here. I feel like the happiest and luckiest man alive.
