Interesting concept should you workout differently according to your body type?
Some would say yes, it focuses on different areas with more intensity than others for the various body types. But they are all good workouts in general

Great video. Any variation to the pushups for someone who can’t do them.
Yes drop down to your knees and do the push up that way. Come up move then do it again. Great question
