    I like all the colors. Hope your pretty little late snow has melted away and left you with sunny skies. 🌞

    Hi Heidi! If you have a very long "bank" of these beauties, how would you go about trimming them?

    • @gardencrossings
      @gardencrossings  ปีที่แล้ว

      We use scissors as we trim ours. If it is too much work you could just let them go, you may not see as much rebloom though

    This is exactly what I’m looking for! I was looking at creeping phlox and firewitch dianthus but didn’t like the short bloom time for creeping phlox. How do these look during winter? Are they brown?

      Depending on where you live they are pretty much evergreen.

    I cannot get my dianthus to grow back the next year? Are they perennial

    • @jodip719
      @jodip719 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not all dianthus are perennials. Which dianthus do you have?

    • @gardencrossings
      @gardencrossings  ปีที่แล้ว

      @christine Schueneman these are perennials. Be sure to watch the hardiness of the ones you are buying. Also they like well drained soil
