On the head bolts they put as much as they can get. On the cover bolts they run the rattle gun for a few hits on the needed bolts. Don't forget, they get very little for fixing these implements. You must do enough of them to get sufficient money for your family. This also includes electrical circuit boards. The trick is doing just enough to last the next year, then the owner will feel justified he paid to get it fixed. The method used for bearing removal or welding is not how we do it but these mechanics are just as talented as any we have. Also they don't even put the valve with the seat it was ground with, and keeping the pushrods in the same hole is way too much.
