I use an Oregon mulcher on a Stihl brush cutter (only ever tried the 2 blade one, not the 3 blade). Only disadvantage is that whatever power the brushcutter has is the power transferred to bits of bramble flying around and in turn, the power transferred straight to the tip of your bellend if you're unlucky... 3hp brambles to the romantic array let's you know you're alive!
worth sharpening any new blades esp with the paint covering. i love my brush blade ! - brambles will come back quite hard from a good bashing unless you clear up the fallen debris I have found.
Hi James , looking forward to seeing how you progress with your wall . We have a few walls around here that are in a similar state so maybe I’ll film myself repairing ours and at the end we’ll have a wall off lol😂
Hi James + Max, hope your enjoying the Christmas holidays, this looks a good project building a stone wall, looks like you got plenty there, small stone will be fine just a bit more work, have fun building it. Catch you soon Take care
A bit of copy and paste: Quoin, pronounced just like the English word for a small, round, metallic form of money ("coin"), means corner in French. What is a quoin? The architectural definition of quoin , is a cornerstone or corner edge of a structure, or the stone used to form the cornerstone of a building. In a more general sense, the term may also refer to a wedge-shaped piece of building material. Quoin may also be used as a verb meaning to raise or support an object with a wedge. In architecture, quoins are found on the corners of exterior walls and are used functionally for structural support, for decoration, or both. Any cornerstone where two walls intersect is known as a quoin. Quoins are usually composed of brick or stone, and are designed to contrast in appearance with the walls of the structure on which they are placed. This contrast is often achieved through the use of a distinct color, texture, or size.
Looks like a previous owner many years ago tipped that stone there with a view to fixing the wall but never got around to it. Re: Max's question, the end of the wall (or corner) is spelt Quoin. Sounds the same as coin though! 👍
Please please please let Max do more digger work on the future, obviously near something slightly less of value but please. He will learn sooooo many more skills like hand high coordination and ownership owning to his mistakes. I have a 4 & 6 year old. I cannot wait for them to get on to machinery asap. So they can learn basic skills for the real world
You should have maximus driving that machine the younger you begin driving excavators the better you become. Get the oul man of her and let the young boy learn
Didn't he say that particular machine is a bit sloppy as he loading a small dumper that is probably for sale if he hits it it's his fault if Max hit it, and on camera he'll in more trouble.

The Oregan mulching blade is fantastic, been using them for a good few years now. I use them on my Husqvarna 535LK, and they are excellent!
