I just got the Guo Treble in G and it's sized between the regular flute and the piccolo and I really love it but it's a little different in that it has no lip plate. It did take me a good playing session to acclimatize to what the plastic wants rather than playing it like a metal flute.
I ended up taking the flute back within my trial period and returning it. I just didn't get on with it at all. I then trialled alllll sorts of different flutes, got ridiculously carried away, and traded in my Miyazawa for a second hand Miyazawa that was pretty much top of the range and had barely been used and was barely a year old, so was a very good deal! Completely the opposite to what I initially went there for when looking for a plastic flute! I'm glad you are getting on with your Guo.
It is intentional that there are bits of the video that fast forward! Someone asked me as they thought there was an error in it. I should have put fast forward logo on it! Can’t edit it now unfortunately.
